"We had a great time, the staff were amazing, friendly and attentive, Kayla did our check-in and was super helpful, Luis was our server and he was amazing, the hotel has an amazing view, the room was clean, but the property needs a lots of TLC. The logo at the main entrance was broken. They didn't have enough chairs to sit next to the pool. The staff that was in the kitchen are force to also, clean the room, clean the pool, wash the clothes and more. it is so sad to see a beautiful hotel with a great location, great staff and the owners are not able to see this."

"Very nice and friendly service. I’m really glad there’s a hotel like this in Usulután. With the hot weather, it was great to have a comfortable room with AC. The breakfast was also very good and fresh. My only complaint is that they don’t allow you to get a second serving. Overall, a very pleasant stay!"

"The photos are gorgeous, but don’t do the property justice. The views are unreal. The access to 2 beaches is wonderful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Thank you for taking such great care of our family! The food was very good! Perfect beach for us to look for shells, boogie board and relax on. The villas were so comfortable. We loved the pool too. We only wish we knew how great this was and stayed longer. Highly recommend!"
