“Good price and place for 1 night, nice staff but very worn rooms. They are in the process of remodeling which will really help! Poor water pressure in shower. Nice fridge and microwave in room.”

“My schedule was delayed, so I arrived late, but Manager Javi was cleaning but immediately came over to help me. Although I wasn’t able to use other facilities, the breakfast was more than satisfying. There was yogurt, fruit, and oatmeal, and it seemed like the kids around also enjoyed it. I was traveling alone for business this time, but I’d love to come back again.”

“The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. We had some emergency issues that required a late checkout, and they were more than accommodating. We will be coming back to Springfield to see more Women’s Pro Baseball, and we know exactly where we will be staying!”

“Liked adequate handicapped parking, helpful check in associate, grab bars in tub/shower, spacious room, plenty of AC outlets, room to open suitcases, fridge & microwave in room. Dislike lack of any really good water pressure and slippery tub flooring (was later informed at check out that I could have requested a floor mat, which they have a limited number of), and, I disliked noisy neighbors (and their walls are thin). When I called the front desk to tell them about this, the noise continued...

The housekeeping staff that had cleaned did not clean windows or mirrors, so there were handprints amongst other things all over them. Our fire alarm was disconnected and just gone. “Lots of Route 66 artifacts and museum pieces. Great to walk through, but not to stay the night. Room was primitive with mis matched furniture and mattresses on a board. Bathroom door would not shut and counter was unfinished. Guests rented this hotel for their permanent home and it felt unsafe. Guests were yelling at each other. Do not stay here.”
