Unfortunately, we had a power outage from the power company, which effected everything electrical. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused you. Also, we do not have a 24 hour desk and your reservation was made just the day before. We do attempt to reach out to the guest if we have the contact information. But unfortunately with third party sights, getting the information can be challenging. For late arrivals we do leave the packet at the welcome gate to the resort. Again apologies for the miscommunication. It is always best to call the resort before traveling to iron out any details and to make your check-in more smoothly.
