"Old log cabin style motel with bathroom upgrades and new, comfy beds. Large, clean room. Only issue was the tour bus that idled in the parking then backed out at 4:30 am!"

"We really enjoyed the large swimming pool which also had a water slide - which some children appreciated! The lounge area was attractive. We ate in the hotel restaurant which provided a lot of choice and we both enjoyed our meals. Paths in the garden of the hotel led to an area of marshlands, including a lookout and trails around the perimeter."

"Rustic and charming for sure. Happy with my stay. Only thing I could suggest is to update the bedding and perhaps the mattresses as well. This is one area I don't need to feel "rustic". Comforters that seem like they are over 50 years old could be replaced."

"We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. The suite had two separate bedrooms, so would be good for a family with a couple children. Was a bit too warm, no air conditioning, just fans. Once I opened the window all was good."
