"Hotel very convenient for travelling to city centre , however restaurant not always open for evening meal. No tea or coffee making facilities in room which would of been welcome first thing. Staff very pleasant & helpful."

"The overall experience was disappointing. The room was not clean, the shower was dirty, and there were noticeable plumbing issues. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. That said, the receptionist was helpful and did her best to assist, which I appreciated."

"There should not be bedrooms on the Ground Floor. There were students and children at picnic tables right outside my room until 11pm some nights. There was a door to a study room next to my bedroom - students banged the door regularly through the night. Students "hung out" in communal areas half the night and used the bathrooms next to my room. The corridor outside my room was transit for them. I asked for a change of room on my last night - the staff member was helpful but there were no rooms available."
