โUnfortunately the air conditioning didnโt work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Also, the water temperature was varied a lot when taking a shower. The shower would start out warm and then changed to be freezing cold. Other than those few complaints, the staff were friendly,...
โVery nice hotel with wonderful hospitality. But itโs really hard to find since itโs on the 17:th floor of a huge apartment buildning. It should benefit from a sign at the entrance. โ
โthis hotel is located in a weird..but a good place, it can easily access to the main street,
it takes around 20 mins to Arena City by walk.
and the actual hotel is totally different from the pics here.....โ
โConsidering the apartments are in the midst of an ongoing war, it is impressive to see how the gated community has adapted to enforce curfew, have excellent facilities, restaurants and playgrounds on site. Great apartment, excellent shower, TV, comfy bed, washing machine, kettle all you need! โ
โVery kind staff, wonderful rooms and restaurant. Quailty of service is alsl very high. It was great experinece in Kyiv. During business trip I was fully satisified. Thank youโ
โGreat staff, very helpful. The young girl that checked me, forgot her name, did an amazing job convincing me that the upgrade was worth it for the benefits. Will go back 10/10. โ
โI stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop itโs easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. Iโll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. Itโs quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.โ
