"I would not recommend this apartment. When I checked in, I immediately noticed there were roaches everywhere. It was extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. I contacted the owner right away with video evidence, but instead of taking the issue seriously, they brushed it off and gave excuses. This is absolutely unacceptable for any rental property. "I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."
