Hacienda Kaan Ak was a fabulous experience and stay. This was mainly driven by the caring and humble staff that work there. The staff keep the heart beating of the hacienda. There is so much more potential for the grounds itself and I wish it and the owner well in continued development of the property

Underwhelming.
Beautiful grounds , tranquil, with a sense of it's history still intact.Room was clean but could use a refresh. Overall a pleasant oasis from the hyper active energy of Valladolid centro. Understaffed, although maybe that's due to off season.Still, no help getting luggage to the rooms and no refreshments available in the afternoon.It would be helpful to have at least minimal food and drink available upon check in for arriving guests.We were not made aware that the restaurant closed at 3pm, necessitating a journey into town for dinner. Overall a decent place for a bed and a pool, but not much more. FYI, Valladolid is a fifteen minute drive , a 170 peso /$10USD taxi ride away.

Me encantoooo! Quiero volver. Lo único que pediría es que tuvieran algún servicio de comida por la tarde noche. Pero al haber cocina dentro de las villas pues no afecta, llevas cosas del Oxxo.

Intérieur lugubre. Manque d éclairage,meubles et décoration vieillots. Le style mexicain peut être respecté mais il y a un minimum. L extérieur pourrait être bien mais l ensemble est mal entretenu. Très cher pour la prestation. Le personnel ne comprend pas un mot d angjais

Although this venue is charming from an historical perspective, it’s not ready for hotel guests. We had no towels or drinking glasses, and the air-conditioning did not work. The front desk closed at 5:30 pm

No hay servicio en restaurante después de las 4 pm. Pareciera que no hay personal en la tarde y noche en el hotel. Al hospedarme en los cuartos del casco de hacienda, al caer la tarde noche, nadie encendía las luces, muy obscuro. No funcionó el jacusi, no había agua caliente.

Muy bonito pero sin servicios
El lugar esta muy bien restaurado y acondicionado, es un lugar súper tranquilo y relajante. Está muy bonito. El problema es que no hay servicio, no existe ese concepto. Estacionas donde puedes, el WiFi es inexistente, no hay botiquín básico en recepción... Está muy bonito, pero es como si rentaras un cuarto en una casa.

Ancient property
The property has a lot of history, that being said it’s a very outdated property overall. The restrooms were updated and the linens were clean but otherwise it’s kind of a creepy place

Un excelente espacio para descansar
El castillo en excelentes condiciones, el personal amable, la comida muy rica y una estancia muy placentera, en general un lugar al que pienso volver muy pronto. Si les gusta la historia hay mucho que saber. Completamente satisfecho, si les gusta la tranquilidad es el mejor lugar.

Although, I'd have to say it's a beautiful place it's rather creepy at night. It's understandable since the property was established in the year 1500 so it carries a lot of history. I did feel the rooms were a little dusty and needed to be dusted I also saw cobwebs so I little cleaning would help. We did only stay for one night so I can't really review the service.

A quiet, peaceful place very close to the centre of Valladolid and a great base to visit Chichen Itza. Very friendly service.

This property is something to stay away from. No staff to ask any questions, no basic amenities like a hairdryer. Boutique hotel; I think not!!

Beatiful facility 10 minutes away from Valladolid. The room was very clean and beautiful, reflecting the glorious past of the Hacienda. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner, but served us a great Mexican breakfast the morning of our departure. Then we wnt to visit Ek Balam, a 30 minute drive. The Hacienda Kaan Ac is a peaceful oasis well worth a visit. Enjoy the swimming pool, with its cenote inspired design.

Disappointed
As a permanent resident in Merida I’ve stayed at a number of haciendas and this one is a big meh! The good: service was good, breakfast (not included in room rate) was Ok. The place was clean. The not great: the restaurant closes at 4pm (this isn’t indicated anywhere) and who wants to drive back from dinner in the dark for 15 minutes. The “villa” is a good size but it’s a lower cost new construction without any charm; the bed is hard and the bathroom furnishings are very cheap. So, in my mind this isn’t a good place for the money they charge

Muy agradable estancia
Los escenarios son excepcionales, la villa y áreas públicas tienen un nivel de mantenimiento muy bueno. Nuestra suite fue muy cómoda y adicionalmente contaba con una cocinera y aire acondicionado. El lugar tiene un pequeño museo dentro del casco principal de la hacienda que permite explorar, así como un restaurante dentro de lo que antes era un salón de máquinas. El ambiente es increíblemente apacible y agradable.

Excelente Hotel cerca de Valladolid
Altamente recomendado para apartarse del bullicio de la ciudad, ya que cuenta con todos los servicios en el interior. En caso de salir a turistear se encuentra a escasos 10 min en vehículo del centro de Valladolid. Se puede recorrer toda la Hacienda y el castillo tiene parecido a un pequeño museo. Albercas disponibles y muy limpias. El terreno es demasiado amplio que no tuvimos el tiempo suficiente para recorrer todas las instalaciones. El ambiente es muy tranquilo, habitaciones amplías, cómodas y muy limpias, servicio de Internet muy bueno. El personal de la hacienda muy amable y atento. No hubo problema con los registros ni accesos a la Hacienda. Gran experiencia de descanso. Esperamos regresar pronto!

MUY Bonita la hacienda, nos dejaron hacer check in en la mañana ya que habiamos tenido una mala experiencia en el hotel pasado y no pudimos dormir, nos dejaron tomar la habitacion a las 9 am para descansar. Muy amable el personal desde el chico que te abre la puerta de la hacienda hasta los de recepcion.

Hacienda storica molto ben tenuta notevole charme.
Purtroppo alle 16 il ristorante chiude non c è il bar. L hacienda è a 3 km dalla città. In camera a parte le bottigliette d acqua non c era nulla.
