“This place is EXCELLENT! The owner is very accommodating as I did not initially realize that the latest check-in time is 8 pm. I called and explained that we will be coming into Rome later and will reach the place at 11 pm. He was there to open his place for us. He explained the location of this place to various sites and places to eat. He arranged for taxi rides when we needed it. The place is very near St Peter's Basilica within a 10 minute walk. It is very near bus stops and places to eat...

“Best accomodation in rome!! I really highly recommand it!! The room was really tidy and modern. I think it is recently renovated. There’s an elevator which is rare in rome. Walking distance to vatican and local mart and restaurants. Beread, snacks and drinks are kept refilled during our stay. Manager katerina was really kind and helpful and kept contact with me. I definitely stay here again when I come back to rome!!”

“The room was very clean, w big bed, clean bathroom and fresh towels offered everyday. Florenzia was very nice and accommodating. We were short 1 euro for the city tax and she forgave it. The area is accessible and near the Vatican, shops and pharmacy. Although the kitchen was shared with other occupants we never saw them and we didn’t have to use it since we were out all day, home late at night. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍👍Highly recommended and would love to comeback and stay once more ❤️”

“첫인상은 깔끔하고 새하얗다. 정리도 엄청 깔끔하게 되어있고, 하우스키핑도 매우 만족 스러웠습니다. 다만 아쉬운점이 있다면 방음이 잘 안됩니다. 옆방에 아이 우는소리에 밤에 늦게 잠들었습니다. 그리고 늦게 체크인을 하게되면 부과되는 금액이 있습니다. 10시에 도착했는데도 불구하고 추가 금액을 내었습니다. 미리 호텔과 연락을 하고 늦게 체크인에 대한 상세한 안내를 받으세요. 그리고 호텔방에 들어가려면 문 두개를 열고 들어가야하는데 가운데 문이 잘 안열려 30분동안 씨름하다 누군가 안쪽에서 열어주어서 들어갔습니다. 처음에 열쇠에 대한 설명을 들을 때 잘 들으세요. 체크인 해주시는 분은 매우 친절했습니다. 호텔 위치는 역에서 가까워서 좋았습니다. ”

“ We stayed at demis home for 4days. room and bathroom is very clean and cosy, comfortable. the host Cinzia is very kind. wifi is good. the Vatican city is within walking distance. neighbor is also friendly. everything is o.k. but the sound of the water pipe in the next room must be fixed quickly as soon as possible.. ”

“ROOM IS CLEAN. Andrea is very nice person. Breakfast is so good and hearty. LOVED. Bed is a bit difficult to sleep well, not too comfortable. Bed needs to be changed. HOWEVER, All the REST was so good. Friendly. Very easy to chat with. Location is a bit far away from the main city but so quiet that I would like to re-visit again. THANK YOU!”

The staff were focused on how they could help - whether it was storing our luggage when we arrived early to ensuring we had coffee for our morning. The street outside, unfortunately, is noisy, but the residence is quiet and bright. Will definitely look to stay there again if I ever return to Rome. ”
