Sehr gute und zentrale Lage, alles von der Gastronomie, Kulturbesuche bis zum Badestrand zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Lägenheten har ingen utsikt, som att man bor i en källarlokal. Det går avloppsrör i vardagsrummet och ljud av rinnande vatten är ständig. När soffan har bäddats ut finns inga sitt möjligheter i vardagsrummet. Köket är litet och trångt för tre personer. Kackerlackor tar sig in i bostaden trotts bra städning. Snabb svar från uthyraren och trevlig bemötande.
