"What a great location. Staff was incredibly helpful Cindy & Ann, went on a 2 day cruise. They held my luggage and gave me a room to shower and rest in, when I returned.I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Hanoi. Lovely people and bell boys were extremely helpful and attentive"
