Very nice and convenient hotel to downtown Vancouver and Richmond area. Tons of good eateries within 5-10 minutes drive. Nice view from corner king room besides it is quite spacious. 4 water bottles a day is a such good bonus. Hope to get more coffee creams and better teas. Thanks for complementary pets stay and parking. Would stay again.

Staff was very nice and helpful, great service, clean room, restaurant and gym were both good. Close to lots of restaurants and a few malls. The only downside for us was the bed was too soft for us. We prefer a firm mattress. If you prefer a softer mattress, I would highly recommend the Westin Wall Centre.

location was good. 5 min walk to nearest tram station and nearby shopping mall. restraurant open very late nearby. room was clean and modern. staff was nice. Neg: maintiance needs to work on the elctrical light switches . some of them don't work very logically

Free bottle water and free airport shuttle. Hyatt downtown charges $6.75 per bottle of water and $16 for a phone call I made to US which is quite ridiculous. Only one star because property is a little dated.

My favorite hotel ever!! The beds are sooo comfortable, soft with thick duvets, the pool is heated, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, lots of great restaurants nearby, and the location was fantastic! Yes, you're in Richmond, but it is right across from Capstan station so it took us 30 minutes to get all the way to the Waterfront.
