I'm sorry: The people who "lived" at this "hotel"?Seriously, I can't fathom who you would be referring to during your 1 night stay with us. This "Motel" has no residents staying anywhere near where your room was. Our apologies for "creeping" you out, the staff who "live" here are quite good people.Thanks for the 4/5 otherwise though!

Where to even begin Jenna. When your credit card declined for the Security deposit, we had to initially turn you, your partner, your children and your Dog, away. When I found you weeping in your truck in despair of where you and your family were going to be able to stay, we then took the time to discuss the situation and decided to cut you a break and make arrangements so your Son would be comfortable before his dental surgery. You were placed in a refurbished room (pet friendly) for one night and even offered a second night in that room if needed (in case your Family needed more recoup time). During your stay I personally spoke to you on THREE separate occasions each time I asked if everything was good, you responded all three times with what I thought was appreciation and satisfaction that all was "GREAT" and thanked me over and over again how grateful you were.I'm not sure why you have this sudden disdain for our little Inn after the fact, but it is what it is I guess.

Our deepest apologies for the room.Unfortunately the room you were given for your one night stay here wasn't supposed to be rented out as it was scheduled to be repaired.We here at the Westward Inn truly pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our rooms, even if they are older then some more expensive accommodations in the area. An error in paper work allowed that room to be listed as completed and ready and again we apologize for the conditions within the room itself.As for the "Homeless and Hookers" you first mentioned, we have a strict manned Security system in place and have had zero reports of any such activity here for years, any such activity is detected by our CCTV system and dealt with quickly with any suspicious activities on the property.I am happy to refund your stay with us due to the circumstances if you could call our office directly (Sunday through Wednesdays between 3:pm and 10:pm and speak with Lance to arrange it.

Just a reminder you still have an outstanding balance owing here.I understand how frustrating it must have been being asked to leave at the check-out time and how dare those other guests book a room and expect to be able to check in in a timely manner.
