Very nice and clean rooms, no scents. The property is nice and the staff is very kind and great at answering any questions you may have. The jetted tub is a great feature too!

Ocean Promenade Hotel
The hotel is currently under construction/ which is understandable and happens from time to time. However what is not understandable is there that there was terrible communication about this, and little or no signage giving directions where to go.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Riverport Richmond by IHG
The staff, check-in/out and breakfast were exceptional. However the room we had absolutely smelled of B.O. it was awful and because they were booked solid we couldn’t move rooms. Every time we wanted to use the pool and hot tub we were told they were closed for maintenance. Not sure we’d stay here ...

Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel
Room was very nice and clean, property was located in a good area, property was well kept and staff was very kind and helpful. Continental breakfast was pretty bland, very little options, but can get a good breakfast from their little restaurant if you want to pay for it.
