In my personal opinion, this hotel is not qualified with three starts. First, when i called the hotel to ask to send me tuk-tuk, refused to my request saying "Find tuktuk there. We cant help you." Second, when arrived at the breakfast area next in the morning, i was shocked. Foods were not refilled. No egges bacon.. literally only they were surving was noodle. Third, i asked them to arrange tuktuk at noon. Of course they didnt make a phone call until i asked them again. Instead saying sorry they giggled each other. On top of everything asked me 50,000 kips for tuk tuk. Are you kidding me!! Ive been traveling for a month in the Southeast Asia and worst customer serive among these three star hotels I've stayed. Better train your employees and try to fullfill better customer satisfaction!!
