"From the moment I arrived, I was well taken care of. Marc was very helpful and provided me with useful tips to make my entire stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. The room was beautiful. The landscaping was beautiful and serene. The pool was clean and just the right temperature. And the 5-course dinner was extraordinary, reminding me of the flavours and ingredients I had left behind when I left Europe. I also loved how the meal was presented."

"Chateau Montebello is charming and cozy despite its grandeur as a massive log cabin. It’s set on a beautiful estate overlooking the Ottawa River. The dining and drinks were excellent as was the staff. Our only complaint was that we booked for only three nights. Next time, we’ll be sure to book longer and during the winter so we can see the massive 6-sided, 3-storey fireplace bring the Chateau to life."
