"What makes this place great is the staff! Spent one night there on our way to montreal. Was not expecting much. Rooms where clean, bathroom needs some updates. But the best part of our short stay was the staff. Both upon check in and at breakfast they made us feel at home and welcomed. I don’t usually review hotels but I want the hotel owners to recognize these hard working ladies."

"La plus grande déception vient du fait que la musique du bar était incroyablement forte et n'a cesser qu'à 3ham. Donc impossible de trouver le sommeil. Et ensuite c'est suivi une chicane de couple assurément en boisson, toujours au bar en bas, qui résonnait très fort et qui a pris une tournure sans sens entre 6ham et 7ham. Crié. Sacré. Pas joli à entendre. Nous ignorions où était la direction et pourquoi des actions n'ont pas été prise pour demander à ces gens de quitter le bar lors de la fermeture pour le respect des chambreurs. Le silence est revenu à 7h30am quand nous avons quitté, plus fatigué que la veille à notre arrivée."

"We were very disappointed with this property. We have booked a king suite but the pullout sofa was broken. They had no other room to put us in, thus we had to ask for roll-in beds that were extremely uncomfortable with dirty and stained sheets. We booked this hotel purposely for an advertised hottub which was non operational upon our arrival. The water in the pool was cold and the walk-in sauna was moldy and stinky. The continental breakfast had hardly anything to offer. We walked in an hour before closing and there was no food left. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. Would not recommend the hotel and will definitely not come back."

"Sheets weren’t cleaned from previous occupants (hair and stains on blankets), very loud/no sound insulation (this wasn’t a big issue for us though, considering the price point), shared bathroom fairly clean other than really gross bathmat (we did not use the shower), really remote area so a little concerned for safety, locks for room doors have codes which probably aren’t changed between visits (we barricaded the door at night - no deadbolts), ID was not checked upon arrival, caution tape on window, AC seemed fine. Hookers in the bar downstairs and loud bar fights. It’s a place to stay if you’re smart about your safety."
