The reception staff were super helpful and friendly and the young ladies in the breakfast house provided a fresh and delicious assortment of hot and cold breakfast items. We were a short walk away from everything, including transportation to activities farther away. It can be a busy area during the day, with locals and tourists, but quiets down in the evening. "I travel a lot and this was as good as it gets.
We had to actually leave the lousy, dangerous apartment we were at in Dubrovnik and getting here was a treat. The staff took care of the luggage, the breakfast was great as was the dinners we had there.
The staff was smart, spoke great english and thoughtful.
Also they had blankets as well as duvets - and the air conditioning worked well.
The location was right on the edge of old town - we park in a lot about 150 yards away and just "rolled"...
