"When I arrived at this property the owner finally answered the door, she said she had no knowledge of my booking. Finally I had to email her a copy of my confirmation. This wasn't made any easier by her statement that "she spoke no English" - the website clearly states multilingual staff. (In fact it later became clear she did speak English). Charming hosts, huge rooms, clean and tastefully furnished, above-average amenities, comfortable beds, large bathrooms, excellent showers. Great breakfast. No problem parking. Easy walk to the cathedral and good restaurants."
