Great Hotel, Fantastic Staff!

This is a great hotel, right across from a wonderful beach. The staff were amazing and very accommodating, as was the food. If you want a great price for a really nice place to get away to, this hotel is for you!

I don’t know if this is a family owned hotel, but it definitely has the family owned/run feel to it. The staff were absolutely phenomenal, the property is well kept, it is right on the beech. We had an amazing stay for two weeks. I do have to comment on the shower however…the water pressure/temp was excellent, the shower stall itself took some getting used to(small). We will definitely be back.

Nice beach, fairly quiet area so it was easy crossing street to get to beach. There is bar and restaurant service so you can lounge on beach and still eat and drink. Breakfast was great, nice selection. We had dinner one night as well and it was good portions for the price. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We were told that had Wifi, but never could get it connected, and given different excuses each time we inquired, so we moved after the first night... service for food was terrible, no English menu then about a 39 minute wait for someone who could help us. Ordered beer when first seated and after 15 minutes questioned where they were, then another 10 minutes wait. Food was very good and plentiful, breakfast very nice. Could be a very nice local type stay, which we wanted, but poor service and certainly no honesty regarding wifi! It could

This property really need a renovation,especially bathroom.In the shower water going wery slow and just a bit warm,color of water is brown and has taste of iron.The size of shower is maximum 50×50 ,you can stay there in one hand with douche in other hand with soap.The shower curtain has never been changed and is held on by rusty rods.There is no safe, the magnetic card stopped working several times, and there is no mosquito net on the balcony door..During breakfast, no one clears the tables, the staff is inattentive. It is very noisy until late at night because people sit on the terrace until late, watching TV. I'm glad we were only at the hotel one night

The room and facilities overall were either non functional (e.g. leaky and low flow shower head, clogged sink, etc.) or unacceptably unsanitary (e.g. live and dead bug remains under the mattress, bugs all over the room including a cockroach, murky/cloudy water coming from the bathroom sink faucet, etc.)— all of which made it nearly impossible to perform basic needs (e.g. take a shower and sleep). The miscellaneous bedsheet and towel stains, moving bugs and bug remains, and hair on the mattress suggests repeated neglect of absolutely elementary hygiene and cleanliness. I would have stayed in our rental car had my guest and I not been concerned for the safety of the neighborhood. Imagine expecting to come to a property after a 20 hour travel journey only to find you are not able to shower, brush your teeth, and safely comfortably sleep. The photos displayed on the property’s booking page are dated and selective, making it misleading for users. The surrounding area is sketchy at best. While I firmly believe that this is largely the property owner/operator’s responsibility to ensure the safety and basic sanitation standards of the accommodation, Expedia, as the platform, should also take responsibility for ensuring that the properties listed meet elementary standards of cleanliness and safety. I am shocked to find that Expedia still lists this property and I will be reaching out personally to share my experience shortly.

L’immeuble était très bien, propre et bien aménagé, entre autre l’aménagement en bord de mer. Par ailleurs, la salle de bain dans notre chambre était extrêmement exigüe et défraîchie. Noter que les chambres en bord de mer sont plutôt bruyantes, mais le paysage vaut le coup!

Excellent emplacement. Nous avions un balcon vue sur la mer. Tout était parfait. Très bon accueil de Christo et Natacha. Prenez note que pour avoir le Wifi dans notre chambre 101, il fallait se connecter sur le Roof nom de domaine. Dommage, on l’a su à notre départ. Aussi pas de sèche cheveux dans notre chambre. Ils vont y remédier 😉. Nous y retournerions sans hésitation.
