"Its was the worse experience ever"

"There's carpark attached - we arrived late so there was a barrier - we didn't know it would open if you drive up to it. The reception was incredibly slow - or maybe it was just me who had a long day driving?"

"Clean room but awkward key system and no staff. "

"The hotel is old but reasonably well maintained. Its location is close to the train station and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The wifi was sufficient. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean."

"Hi There this was the worse Hotel experience of our trip so far . We arrived Nobody at reception Then our room 1 pillow 1 cover 1 Towel 1 Toilet roll Once We got that sorted (with thin uncomfortable pilloww ) issues continued with no water in the room no cups not tea or coffee no bin in Toilet clock not working overall a Very Dissatisfied stay as this hotel was expensive and was extremely basic in a poor location with not alot of amenities therefore i would Definitely Avoid Staying here and would not recommend. Got a better room and amenities with a cheaper hotel"
