위치는 산마르코에서 거리가 조금 있긴했지만 아르세날레와 자르디니를 다니기엔 좋은 위치였습니다. 숙소 상태도 좋았고 친절했고 석호 뷰 숙소여서 뷰도 좋았고 잘 이용했습니다~

산마르코광장에서 가깝고 골목 안이 아니라 찾기 쉬워요. 오래되었지만 깔끔하게 잘 관리되고 있는것 같고 조식은 야채가 많이 없어서 아쉬웠지만 그래도 좋아요.

어느모로봐도 베니스 최고의 호텔
베니스 전역의 물가가 부담스러운 상황에서 예약했습니다. 호텔은 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 객실도 깔끔하고, 사람들도 친절하고, 조식도 좋습니다. 정말 최고급 호텔 수준은 아니겠지만, 아 이것이 베니스의 호텔 서비스 전통이구나라고 느낄만 했습니다. 위치도 산마르코 광장 부근입니다. 걸어서 5분. 한국인들께 이 호텔 권해드립니다. 다시 오면 여기로 오려고 합니다.

nice hotel with reasonable price
It is near to the vapporetto stop and san marco plaza. Staff is kind and room has fair condition. Breakfast was great. In conclusion price is a little bit expensive but all hotels in venice are expensive too.

Wonderful location on the Grand Canal but very busy with people traffic and boat traffic hotel restaurant not up to par but breakfast was plentiful and good. Room we had was small but had a balcony with Canal view.

Für die Besucher der Biennale liegt das Hotel ideal. Es ist mit dem vaporetto sehr gut zu erreichen, und in den calle hinter dem Hotel gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und wurde auch spät noch aufgefüllt.

Excellent hotel with amazing views and very central - breakfast on the terrace looking out onto the basin de San Marco was a real highlight

The location is excellent. Staff are helpful.However, breakfast is not satisfactory. Very average. Also, in a four star establishment guests should not have to make their own tea/coffee and bring to the table themselves.

Pleasant hotel well located.. had room upgrade so had lagoon view. Staff generally helpful... roof bar lacking good atmosphere.. breakfast was merely average...

They have a captive audience because of their great location. The staff is helpful and the breakfasts are very nice. They need to do some minor investments: Change out these ancient hair dryers; put grab bars and mats in the bathroom, and get new thermostats fir their air conditioning which seems impossible to adjus.

I stayed in the luxury suite, first and foremost! What a view!!! Absolutely breathtaking. The room was a decent size and it had all my that was needed. I enjoyed breakfast, the hotel had prepared every morning. The rooftop bar was a lovely touch but despite the sign stating it would be open until 10pm (daily) the bar staff had decided to cash up and close by 9, not professional. Otherwise the rest of the staff were happy to help with anything. I would definitely return for that stunning panoramic view.

Hotel in ottima posizione per visitare la Biennale, con vista su Riva degli Schiavoni, la Salute e l'isola di San Giorgio. Nelle vicinanze le fermate dei vaporetti Arsenale e San Zaccaria. l'hotel dispone anche di un buon ristorante di cucina locale.

We liked the location as we were basically visiting the Biennale. Also the room was big with a beautiful view to the lagoon. Perhaps the only thing that could be improved is the furniture a little out of time... Very good breakfast and excellent staff attitude.

The location is great, and rooms with a view of the lagoon spectacular...other rooms not so good. Biggest disappointment was the Sky Bar which is locked during the times I wanted to go up there to read. I didn't need the bar to be open for drinks, but I did select the hotel for the roof terrace.
