시설과 위치는 굿
깨끗한 시설과 리도섬의 아름다움은 좋았다. 가정집에서 하는 비앤비답게 시설은 늘 정돈되어 있고 깔끔했다. 리도섬과 본섬과 거리가 걱정이었는데 1번 타면 10분정도 걸리고 늦게까지 있어서 괜찮았고 또 숙소에서 바포레토까지 십분 정도 걸으면 돼서 만족했다. 다만 라디에이터가 있으니 난방을 이걸로 하라며 히터 리모콘을 가져가신다든가 아침에 우리 말고 다른 손님께 격양된 목소리로 컴플레인을 얘기하시는 등은 좀... 보기 그랬다_

It was a decent choice, the only two issues we had is first the hot water. When you take a shower the hot water is literally for 5 minutes then you have frozen water. The second issue was that there’s a Bed and Breakfast place, we chose it for exactly that reason.. so we can have breakfast there and go straight to explore, but a lady there (I assume that is the manager of the place), told us that the breakfast was not included. That’s why we take 2 stars en some of the items. The place was cleaned and we’ll maintain.

La struttura meriterebbe una valutazione buona per la posizione, la tranquillità e la spaziosità delle camere, ma è fortemente penalizzata dal servizio. Non solo delle “dimenticanze” come la mancanza della carta igienica nel bagno, la mancanza di acqua calda perché la caldaia è spenta, la tv che non funziona, ma soprattutto, se questa struttura viene classificata come “bed and breakfast”, e la prenotazione prevede colazione inclusa, non ci si può sentir dire al check in che la colazione non c’è, ed è un errore (?) delle piattaforme continuare a riportarla, quando in realtà in ogni camera c’è un avviso con gli orari in cui la colazione viene servita…

First we had to wait at the entry gate and finally the owner showed up. We were told there was no breakfast. At night there were mosquitoes and we managed to kill one of them. Overall it was ok though a bit of a walk from the waterbus station.

L'accoglienza e la bellezza di questa villa storica hanno reso la nostra permanenza un'esperienza davvero piacevole. Dallo stile interno dell'arredo al giardino, dalla terrazza al soppalco, dalle scale agli esterni tutto è stato apprezzato molto. Un soggiorno più che piacevole.

Emme saaneet huonetta BnBstä, koska se ili täyteen varattu. Tämä kuitenkin selvisi vasta kun tulimme majapaikkaan. Sieltä meidät siirrettiin toiseen saman henkilön hallinnoimaan hotelliin lidolla. Siellä oli vähän ongelmia lämpimän veden kanssa. Emme myöskään siellä saaneet aamiaista, vaikka se olisi alunperin kuulunut hintaan, mutta onneksi saimme keittiön ja se oli todella siisti ja hyvä.

Frühstücksraum ist die Küche. Das Frühstück (ab 08:30, nach Absprache auch etwas früher) selbst ist einfach, und kann sich nicht mit einem Frühstücksbuffet von Mittelklassehotels messen. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber. 10 Minuten zu Fuss bis zum Fähranleger. Ruhige Lage an kleinem Kanal. Netter Garten. Preis/Leistung sind in Ordnung. Als Stützpunk für Ausflüge nach Venedig sehr gut geeignet.

ho sempre ironizzato sullo slogan "la nostra forza è il prezzo", come se non gli si potesse chiedere qualità, bellezza, ecc... in questo caso lo slogan è assolutamente pertinente. arriviamo alle 11.30 (il sabato prima al momento della prenotazione avevo anticipato un ns arrivo intorno alle 11) e dopo 5 telefonate non risposte, sms, messaggi in segreteria e contatti tramite expedia, ancora nessuna risposta. è passata mezz'ora, inizia a piovere e i miei bimbi cominciano a lamentarsi. decidiamo allora di andare via, lasciando in auto i bagagli (per fortuna siamo venuti in auto). nelle ore seguenti riprovo varie volte a chiamare senza successo e alla fine chiamo expedia. loro dopo vari tentativi riescono ad avere un contatto con la struttura. alla sera andiamo e finalmente riusciamo ad accedere. mi chiede la tassa di soggiorno in contanti: 4.80 euro. guarda caso non ha il resto ma mi assicura che al mattino me li darà. camera grande ma piuttosto vecchia. al mattino nemmanco il tempo di finire la doccia che l'acqua calda finisce. colazione dalle 8,30 (per fortuna non avevamo previsto di svegliarci presto): tanta gente e poco da mangiare. contatto con la proprietaria solo alla sera (ciao ai 20 centesimi). posizione decente (il parcheggio auto è sulla strada però) in quanto in 10 minuti si raggiungono i vaporetti per andare a Venezia. insomma in definitiva: se cercate un posto dove spendere poco e non avete nessuna pretesa ok, altrimenti evitate. e chiamateli più volte prima!

500 House B&B Lido. Where to start? We were "greeted" by being told we would not be getting breakfast (note it is a B&B). Brought up to the attic - 3 flights with heavy suitcases. The attic has no egress. It is a fire trap. It should be illegal. 2 skylights and no windows. Had there been a fire there was no way out besides the stairs. And so, the ceiling is peaked --- and therefore very low on the sides. I am only 5'5" but managed to smash my head about 10 times. No I am not typically a spaz. No screens in the aforementioned skylights so my daughter and I got about 10 mosquito bites each the first night. The shower head sprays in every direction but down - but it doesn't really matter since I am taller than the shower. I felt like Gulliver. We were given 2 tiny bars of soap and 2 tiny shampoos. No more and never replenished during our stay. Oh and no place to put the soap or shampoo in the anorexic-sized shower. No maps or brochures or even basic information on the area was provided. The internet signal was so weak it was impossible to do any research on the area while there. Lido is beautiful. We loved the beach and the local restaurants. Just do yourself a favor and stay somewhere - anywhere! - else.

This hotel was barely acceptable for our standards. The outside is in need of repairs and our room furnishings we're old very worn. The room was clean but there were cobwebs in the corners. The small refrigerator was unplugged when we arrived and we plugged it up and noticed hours later that it never got cold. I call the manager to complain and learned that it takes about 24 hours to get cool. It never got cold, which I also told the manager. He acknowledged that he knew this. So I was wondering that if he knew this,?why had he not replaced it? Anyway we were not able to enjoy a cold water or beverage at the end of a long day of walking in the sun. Also, the air conditioner either wasn't on or didn't work. I was embarrassed by the room because we were on a family trip with my inlaws whom we had flown to Europe for a summer vacation. I have

Convenient and clean b&b
The room was very small with 2 single beds at right angles to each other. Perhaps the price we paid had some reflection on the size of the room. A glimpse into another room showed a nice looking room and separate bathroom. The sheet on my bed had holes in it. They do need to spend a bit of money on bedding and towels. The bathroom door could only be closed properly from the outside as it was just out of line. The owner was pleasant enough.

In die Jahre gekommenes B&B in guter Lage!
Das 500 Bed and Breakfast war für unseren viertägigen Aufenthalt in Venedig zwar ok, hatte aber einige Mängel aufzuweisen. Wir sind am Freitagabend angekommen, aber niemand machte die Tür auf, obwohl die Dame des Hauses da war. Erst nach einem Anruf wurde uns die Tür geöffnet. Dann wurde uns weiß gemacht, dass wir nur ein Zimmer und kein Frühstück gebucht hatten. Dabei steht bei Expedia ausdrücklich, dass Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen ist. Darauf haben wir uns nicht eingelassen. Wir bekamen ein großes Dreibettzimmer, obwohl wir eigentlich nur ein Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten. Auf den ersten Blick war alles gut. Erst am Tag danach stellten wir fest, dass es erstens ziemlich laut war, da der Frühstücksraum direkt nebenan war und der Eingang direkt vor unserer Tür, man hörte also alles. Die Wände im Bad waren schimmelig. Wir bekamen in den vier Tagen weder neues Toilettenpapier, noch wurden die Handtücher gewechselt (ist ja auch vertretbar). Der Mülleimer im Zimmer wurde nicht geleert. Dazu kam, dass die Heizung vielleicht maximal vier Stunden am Tag an war, das heißt es war saukalt. Auch im Frühstücksraum. Das Haus ist so hellhörig, dass wir unseren Nachbarn nachts schnarchen hören konnten. Richtig erholend war das alles leider nicht.

nice rooms, friendly host. if you're tall (over 1.80m) than don't take the upper room with the wooden beams, beside it's a nice looking room, you've to be careful not to hit your head, and you can hardly stay in the shower. Breakfast is just a simple Italien Breakfast, but enough to start the day with.

Clean and cheap B&B with poor service & breakfast
This would be a really good B&B if it wasn't for the attitude of the owner of the property, who lectured us when I asked for clean towels, saying it wasn't a hotel and we should use the towels for the whole stay and get them dry. We couldn't dry them because it was raining. (They did change the towels but we noticed the same stain on one of them that we had used the previous day so we think they were just dried, not cleaned.) There is no breakfast before 08.30, and when we asked for an early breakfast on the last day (We wanted it at seven because we needed to get to the airport), she would not provide a proper breakfast. When we insisted that we had something, she left a few poor brioche in our room for us the night before. The breakfast itself is pretty poor. The lady who prepares breakfast and the owner's son were very nice and helpful to us, but we do feel that the attitude of the owner could be more co-operative and friendly. We also think that the door locks should change so that guests can open the doors (room doors and front door) from the inside without the use of a key at night - this could create a safety problem if you had to evacuate the property very fast.
