Andrea sent clear and detailed instructions on how to get there. He gave us a friendly welcome when we arrived even helping to carry our luggage up the stairs. "It was our first time in Venice and we got there at night. Not being from there, I was on edge walking through the narrow alleys that were not always well lit. Once we got to our bed and breakfast though, as soon as we opened the door, it was wonderful. The staff and the amenities were great."

"Property itself is fine! Nicely decorated room and halls with vintage furniture; closed in outdoor space to sit and rest. However, I wasn't impressed by the communication by the property and it was rather hard to find the hotel. Every other place we stayed in contacted us prior to our arrival and sent detailed info to find the place; not this one! No answer to phone calls. Contactless check in/no lobby, if it's your thing. You need to read a 15 page booklet (not kidding), to figure everything...

"Room was large and it was really clean. Also have great soundproof walls as we barely hear other guests. A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "
