Perfect location!!

Great location in center of Venice. Owner is super nice and helpful and even did my laundry for free while I was there. Breakfast every morning was wonderful. Everything was perfect but first night when I got there super warm as it was summer and room was extremely warm with no refrigerator for any cold drinks. But room eventually cooled down and the rest of the stay was really amazing. Perfect location for seeing everything yet quiet at night away from noisy streets.

If you take a water taxi to San Angelo, the apartment is a 3 min walk from there. Thats super convenient! There are also number of well stocked grocery stores within a short walking distance. Good if you are on a tighter budget.

I recently stayed here with my family of five, and we had a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Rialto and not far from San Marco Square, making it easy to explore numerous shops and dining options nearby. The place felt more like an apartment complex, which suited us perfectly! Our room was clean and well-equipped. The kids loved their time here, and we would definitely choose to stay again. The check-in and check-out processes were hassle-free, and the proximity to the train station made it convenient; it took us about 20 minutes to get back to the station via Line 2.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Venice! I’m so glad I found this lovely place in the center of Venice! The Design Apartment at B&B Fortuny pleasantly surprised us with its size and comfort. In Europe—and especially in Venice, where every extra square meter is a luxury—it’s rare to find such a spacious apartment (about 70 sq. meters!). The apartment was spotless, with two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a well-equipped kitchen/dining area. It’s located on a quiet, charming street with a secure entrance—perfect for a peaceful stay. The booking process was easy. Right after we reserved, the owner, Andrea, messaged us with a warm greeting and asked about our arrival time. A few days before our trip, he sent detailed directions (with pictures!) showing exactly how to find the apartment, which made arrival stress-free. It’s just a short 3–5 minute walk from the vaporetto stop. We arrived about 20 minutes before check-in, and the apartment was already ready. Andrea even helped us carry our bag the short distance from his office (about 50 meters away). He also gave us great tips for exploring Venice—like visiting Burano first, which turned out to be a fantastic idea! Another big plus: a supermarket is located nearby, which was convenient since we prefer making our own breakfast. Italian products are delicious, and having a kitchen made our stay even better. Overall, I would rate B&B Fortuny Design Apartment a solid 10 out of 10. Wonderful host, excellent

Amazing Location, Great Host, Lovely Accomodation

My husband, 9 and 10-year-old daughters and I loved staying at the B&B Fortuny. It is a very short walk from the water bus stop which makes it an easy journey to and from the Marco Polo Airport. Andrea sent clear and detailed instructions on how to get there. He gave us a friendly welcome when we arrived even helping to carry our luggage up the stairs. If he's not going to be there when you arrive he again sends detailed instructions. We stayed in the mirror apartment which was fantastic. It was very spacious. It was fun to open the windows in the morning and listen to the people walking by. It has a great atmosphere. It was no problem to store our bags after check out so that we could enjoy our last day in Venice. I highly recommend it.
