Absolutely fabulous location short walk from local bus station ideal for airport transport, walk into the hub of Venice shops eateries amazing views. Hotel was very clean, great air conditioning and good breakfast. Very welcoming staff would choose this hotel for a return visit.

The room was very nice, and had air conditioning. It was tucked in a quiet alley, but they had very good security on the doors as well. The staff was so helpful, and let us check in early. They also carried our bags up the stairs. When we go in our room they also provided a free bottle of prosecco which was amazing. Also when we got dropped off in the water taxi it was a three minute walk to the hotel. The train is also a three minute walk so that was great! We loved our stay at this hotel. No complaints

Nice clean hotel. Italian size shower so had a little issue (I’m 6’2” and 230 lbs). Had air conditioning (key card needs to stay in light slot to run while you are away so use that second key card). They kept our luggage after checkout so we could explore more.

For a European room in an old building, it was great. It easily slept the four of us and the air conditioning worked great. The included breakfast was a nice touch and well stocked. The room was clean and had all the toiletries we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Good room. A bit of upkeeping needed like cracks on ceiling or bathroom but nothing I couldn’t deal with. In a smaller alley so no noise at night which in my book is great. Very close to train station so no need to carry luggage all over the place. Very nice staff. Overall a pleasant stay.

We stayed here between cruises on 2 cruise ships. This hotel is located right next to all the transportation hubs which was good for us because we transfered in by bus and out by a transfer service. So we didn't have to walk far and it was close to lot of Venice stuff where cars aren't allowed. But walked to our transportation pickup points. St Marks square is about a mile away on the other side of the island, but walkable. Or take the convenient water taxi service. The check in was weird. Our place was across the street from the main hotel which had a different name. It was easy to figure out and the staff was very friendly, they spoke english well. AC was excellent and the place was great for a Venice hotel. No good view, but we paid the economy price. Very safe and we liked our stay. I would stay again
