딱 가격만큼
역에서 걷기에는 멀고 바포레토로 두정거장 타고 지도보고 걸어가니 찾기는 편함. 엘레베이터가 없으며 숙소 건물이 오래되어 객실에 개미들이 있었음.

정말 최악중에 최악.. 必독 하시길
저는 7월 말쯤에 무지 더울때 이 호텔에 머물렀고, 앞으로 이 호텔에 머물지 말지는 이 글을 읽는 사람들의 자유이지만, 머물지를 않기를 바라는 마음에 이렇게 제가 보고 겪은 일들을 자세하게 나열합니다. 이 호텔을 마음에 담아두고 있는 사람이라면 반드시 꼭 읽으십시오. 이 호텔이 좋지 않은 이유 들겠습니다. 첫번째, 베네치아를 한번이라도 가보신분이라면 아시겠지만 수상도시 이기때문에 아치형의 다리가 무지 많습니다. 물론 다 계단으로 되어있구요. 그런데 이 호텔은 venezia.s.lucia 역에서 꽤나 멀리 떨어져있으며, 아치형 다리를 2개나 건너야합니다. 역에 도착해서 캐리어를 끌고 이동하는 경우 상당히 힘듭니다. 두번째, 이 호텔을 기껏 찾아가봐야 체크인을 할 수 없고, 다른 호텔에서 체크인을 한 후 열쇠를 받아서 다시 이 호텔을 찾아와야하는 번거로움이 있습니다. 사전 정보 없이 가는 경우 완전 낭패를 보는 일이 일어납니다. 한명은 짐을 보고 있고 한명은 여권 두개를 들고 다른 호텔(레오나르도 호텔)로 와서 체크인을 하라고 하는데, 혼자 짐을 보고 있기에는 너무 음침한곳이라 혼자 있기도 뭐한 곳이며, 다른 호텔의 위치 또한 찾기 힘든 골목에다가 또한 골목 정 중앙에 있으므로 찾으러 가는것도 일입니다. 저녁에 도착하신다면 무조건 체크인하는 호텔에서 열쇠를 수령 후 본 호텔로 찾아가길 권장합니다.(체크인 하는호텔은 본호텔 가는길에 있습니다.) 세번째, 시설은 비교적 깔끔하다고 하는 평들이 있는데 이런분들은 몇일을 묵었는지 모르지만 저같은 경우 3박 이상을 묵었는데 마지막날에 수백마리의 개미 테러를 당해서 캐리어 백팩 등에 짐 다 꺼내서 다 털고 밤을 새서 개미 수백마리를 살생하는 일을 겪었습니다. 물론 먹을것을 서랍장 위에 올려둔 제 잘못도 있다는것 알지만 정말 관광하고와서 소스라치게 놀랐습니다. 거짓말 하나 섞지 않고 수백마리 맞습니다. 못 믿으시겠다면 숙박 해보시면 됩니다. 굳이 숙박을 하실분이라면 음식물 절대 놓고 외출하시는일 없기를 바랍니다. 네번째 와이파이가 숙소에서는 터지지 않으며 숙소 밖의 조그만한 마당에서만 터집니다. 비교적 빵빵하지만 여름에 숙박을 하는 사람이라면.. 엄청난 모기들과 와이파이를 사용하면서 헌혈도 함께 하신다고 생각하면 됩니다. 마지막으로 시설은 드라이기가 화장실에 구비되어있지만 보통 한손으로 드라이기를 잡고 다른 한손으로 머리를 말려야 하는데 이 드라이기의 경우 한손으로 잡아당겨서 키고 다른한손으로 드라이기를 잡아야 합니다. 손을 떼면 작동이 멈춥니다. 한마디로.. 바람만으로 머리를 말려야합니다. 또한 직접 가져간 드라이기를 분명 아답터에 끼운상태로 연결했음에도 불구하고 전기가 모두 나갑니다. 전력을 받아들이지 못합니다. 전기 모두 나가면 1~3분 대기 타다가 두꺼비집 올리셔야하구요. 아주 끝내줍니다. 정말 다시한번 말씀 드리지만, 이 호텔에서 숙박을 하고 안하고는 당사자들 자유입니다. 하지만 저 같은 피해자가 없기를 바라며 이렇게 후기를 써봅니다. 부디 다들 탈없는 행복한 여행되길 바랍니다.

I was pleasantly surprised. Was a bit nervous but it was nicer than the pictures online. It’s a no frills type of place but very centrally located, clean and staff was great. Would definitely recommend if you are on a budget.

Idéalement situé dans un quartier calme
Emplacement idéal proche des restaurants mais un peu l'écart de la foule, ce qui est un luxe a Venise. L'hébergement est propre, mais le confort est basique. En cela, le rapport qualité/prix est moyen. On paie surtout l'emplacement... L'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel serviable.

First time I see service desk closes at 5 pm should be 24/7 very uncomfortable small 2 matters bed keeps sliding to sides toilet tank was leaking water all day and disturbing your sleep room service just fixed the sheets but didn’t replace the towels phone in the room is just for show AC wasn’t working and there was no one to ask how you couldn’t open windows then you had mosquitos coming in so it was very tiring 2 nights

Dear Mr. Khalil,In our web page said that the hotel does not have reception 24 hours. thats whay we ask to the guest the arrival time. If the water was leaking in the toilet you could come to the reception to inform it, because the reception it's open from 7.30 to 5.00 p.m. About the towels we don't replace them if you don't drow them on the floor.About the Air Conditioning we are in May, raining every day the temperature it's from 13 to 17 degrees so at the moment itìs. working the heating. if for you was hot you had a fun in the room too. For the mosquitos in the room you had an electric machine to on it if you wanted to open the window. Venice is an Island so have mosquitos is normal.For all of this thing you could come to the reception to ask about it.Best regards,

Very quiet place with great service. Rooms have view on a beautiful garden, without any noise. And there are great restaurants and bars just next door. Less than 15 minutes walk from the train/bus station. Check location of "Antica Raffineria" on Google maps because it's not accurate on hotels.com webpage.

Quiet with lots of restaurants around still
Really quiet which is a plus in Venice. Still many restaurants at your doorstep without being swarmed by fellow tourists. It is a 20-minute walk from the train station - possible with small luggage. The interior could use some TLC.

夏天入住要小心，下午3時後無人接待，房門鎖匙貼在接待處牆邊自取，冷氣開了等如無開非常熱，未打開窗門都有蚊子，所以無法打開，翌日早上我們希望有電風扇幫幫，但到夜晚都未有提供，WiFi有等如無訊號太差，到景點及火車站需20分鐘路程，夏天比較難受冬天還可以！

Great location & great hosts
We stayed for three nights. The accommodation is clean and provided everything we needed. Before we arrived the hosts were happy to help with our questions and provided information and a map to assist our transit from airport to the room. We arrived earlier than the check in time and was going to ask to leave our bags there but we were given the room earlier than the check in time as it was ready. We were also able to leave our bags there after we checked out and before we travelled back to the airport. The hosts are helpful and friendly and cared for a good stay. The location is in a quiet area with a some places to eat along the canal and a few shops. We enjoyed the area because although away from the tourist crowds it was near enough to walk to the areas we wanted to see or to reach Grand Canal to take the water bus. There is a Coop supermarket around a 10 minute slow walk away just before the Grand Canal. Wifi was provided free of charge. The entrance is gated into a very nice outside entrance area before going up to the rooms through a door. There was a safe in the room. Just to finish in the outside area around the room, we always felt safe and happy to walk around there. A truly great choice of room for us. Thank you to the hosts.

Safe, spotlessly clean and quiet
A perfect place to stay while in Venice. Maria was very welcoming and friendly. As was her husband. The room was spacious and with a view over a canal. It was quiet and very secure. Spotlessly clean too. Lovely garden and courtyard. We have no hesitation in recommending this lovely place to anyone visiting Venice. We were allowed to store our bags there for a few hours on our last day.

Good place hard to find.
the place is close to Train Station (santa lucia), and close to every attraction. It's a little bit hard to find the hotel, it's inside a narrow street (as many in venecia), when you arrive just ring the bell. Nice place, the recepcionist was very kind.

Limpio, algo incómodo y con pocos servicios.
La ubicación es buena. El lugar es limpio pero con escasas comodidades, como por ejemplo una sola silla, televisor pequeño y viejo, no hay ascensores, es necesario arrastrar el equipaje por escalera, muy incómodo. Abundancia de mosquitos. La atención del conserje fue amable y respetuosa.

El hotel es muy confortable. No conocimos a nadie en recepción, se nos dieron indicaciones en un sobre junto con las llaves y formato de check in. En lo particular no me molestó eso, pero igual algunas personas pueden considerarlo descortés. Yo disfruté la estancia y aprecio la confianza para hospedarse.

I paid for 3 days of tax and was promised twice the receipt and never received. They said they had air conditioning but it was leaking and I turned it off.

Très belle Hotel à Venise
Situé un peu à l'extérieur de la foule mais à moins de 10 min de marche. Petit resto et bar tout proche et canal dans la cours. Super propre avec un style épuré, ne chercher pas le cachet italien antique vous aller être déçu, mais pour le reste c'est super. Lits très confortables, salle de bain très spacieuse, propre et fonctionnel. Petit télé non fonctionnelle mais on ne voulais pas l'utiliser. Proprio a gardé nos valises le matin, le temps que la chambre soit prête. Je recommande

We thought the room was very basic & shower was pathetic. The room was detached from the actual hotel, breakfast was below par but manager was helpful & friendly & he made a great coffee !! 20 Euro was well spent on porter who took us & luggage to newsagent to buy tickets & then to station for ferry trip to airport.

La struttura è molto essenziale, pulita, senza fronzoli. Letto abbastanza comodo, bagno piccolo con bidet traballante. Camera spaziosa, senza rumori. Reception gentile e disponibile. Zona carina, fuori dal caos del sestriere San Marco ma vicino a diversi localini molto frequentati dai veneziani. Vicinissimo al vaporetto per Murano. Venti minuti a piedi per San Marco. B&B non mi sembra però la definizione giusta visto che la colazione non è compresa. Noi siamo andati in una buona pasticceria lì vicino a fare colazione visto che loro offrono solo latte, caffè, tè, pane e marmellata. Comunque ci tornerei volentieri
