아파트를 렌트하는 것이다 보니, 체크인 하는 시간이 자유롭지 않아 매니저가 올 때까지 5시간을 기다려야 했음. 중간 중간에 관리해주는 사람이 없어 불편함. 방은 안락하고 좋아서 편하게 숙박은 할 수 있음.

It was a horrible experience staying in this property. The AC didn't work. When we called, they did nothing and then stopped picking up our phone. So basically if something goes wrong while you are there, you will have no one to even speak to (let alone them helping you). The bed had hair on the sheet so clearly they didn't change bed sheets after previous guests left. The room had a strange stink. You are better off staying some where else. Don't ruin your vacation by staying here.

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Wir haben am Campo san Stin eine Sprachschule besucht und so hatten wir nur eine Minute von unserem Apartment zur Sprachschule zu gehen. Das Apartment ist ausreichend groß und die Betten sind sind gut. Das Bad etwas klein aber noch in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung könnte etwas besser (eine Kaffeemaschine in nd ein ordentliche Weingläser wären toll). Dafür gibt es aber einen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und einen Tisch mit Stühlen, etwas Geschirr und Töpfe. Zwei hübsche Schlafzimmer ein kleines Badezimmer und ein „Wohnzimmer“ mit kleiner Küchenzeile. Außerdem war es recht ruhig. Mit der gesendeten Wegbeschreibung haben wir das Apartment schnell gefunden - von der Piazalle Roma ca 15 Minuten. Allerdings muss man die Koffer dann aber 3 Stockwerke hochtragen da der Fahrstuhl nur für Mitarbeiter ist. Alles in allem würden wir das Apartment wieder buchen da die Lage für uns einfach perfekt war.

Buongiorno, arrivati nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato la lavastoviglie da svuotare con calcare e male odorante,il frigorifero aveva la cella freezer piena di chiaccio,la rubinetteria in cucina e bagno anche lì calcare,l'acqua usciva poca!!!volevamo farci una tisana il bollitore con calcare!!!! La posizione dell'appartamento e buona!!!! Da migliorare la pulizia!!!!

Buongiorno l'appartamento era perfettamente pulito , la lavastoviglie viene lasciata piena ma con le stoviglie lavate.Il bollitore invece non è previsto nella dotazione della cucina. Grazie

Poor apartment avoid.
Apartment was in poor condition. Sewage smell in living room. One of the bathroom the toilet was basically unusable as it was 5cm from the shower. There is a manhole in the living room which was in poor condition and this meant smells came into the apartment. The checkin policy was not flexible as we arrived 1 hour early and was told we only get the code at 3pm even though there was no one inside and cleaning.

Ok as a base to explore
Overall a pleasant stay and is a good apartment as a base to go and explore but wouldn’t stay if I had young children or wanted to be in the apartment for anything other than sleeping & showering. Pros: 1. Property was in a great location; 20 mins from Rialto Bridge & 25 mins to St Marks square. 2. The apartment was very clean 3. beds comfortable 4. shower was hot 5. Could leave our luggage outside of the room (though not guarded / locked away) Cons: 1. Toaster didn’t work 2. the apartment was quite dark 3. there were building works right outside of our apartment which we were not informed of earlier and because of how close the buildings were, they might as well have been in our apartment. This didn’t affect us on the whole however we had been travelling on the first day for several hours and wanted to get a few hours sleep which was just impossible. 4. Elevator didn’t work 5. Noisy in general (you could hear next door just walking around, never mind talking)

Listen up. The property was well kept. The check out was the worst experience me and my family had in our life’s. With all the change in hours from the USA we missed the time to check out. LISTEN UP we were thrown away to the streets with two little kids under 3 years old each. The cleaning lady walked in the worst mood , no education or humanity whatsoever. We had to get out that’s it. I felt homeless. In America someone would have called, charge us more money or any other solution. The way the situation was handled was inhumane.

L'appartamento è grande, ma non ha nulla a che fare con quello delle fotografie presenti su expedia. Pulizia approssimativa, ma sufficiente. Il peggio è stato la gestione dell'emergenza Covid-19. Sono stato avvisato alle 12 di dover lasciare la struttura per le 14. La struttura mi ha detto di essere obbligata a farlo, cosa non vera né allora, né ora (se si leggono i decreti del governo). Il tutto dopo aver tentato inutilmente di contattare la struttura fin dalla sera prima: tanti numeri di telefono, nessuna risposta.

Familen i Venedig
Lejligheden ligger et godt sted, ikke langt fra noget. Ca 10 min fra bus stationen, 15 min til Markus pladsen. Den ligger på 2 sal med elevator. Dog en speciel elevator hvor man skal holde knappen inde hele tiden mens man bruger den, og til max 2 personer. Vi brugte den til at fragte bagage op og ned, dog med et lille uheld fordi en af tasterne væltede ned foran sensor og derfor ikke ville køre ned. Da vi skulle med flyveren blev vi lidt presset, men heldigvis var receptionen hurtige til at få en mand frem på stedet så vi nåede vores fly. Til gengæld gik det ikke så hurtigt med at få varmt vand, det fik vi aldrig, i den ene afdeling af lejligheden, badet og køkken uden varmt vand i alle 3 dage. Endvidere så er aircondition nogle gamle meget støjende versioner. Er der varmt, og det synes vi, skal der enten soves med ørepropper, svede eller sove med åbent vindue og blive ædt af myg. Vi var 9 voksne afsted, famile, og tilbragte det meste af tiden ude af lejlighed så vores ophold var ganske fint.

Their is no lift. Is out of service.
There is no lift and we had 6 suit cases ... Is not near the center is about 2 km. Is nice and spacious. They charge extra when you go to the office . They say is a fee for government. You never speak with the owner is a office of who rents apartment. When you ask they tell you they dont know nothing you have to call the or write to the main office.

No big complaints, our family of 5 stayed there for 2 nights (in Apt 3) and everyone was satisfied, nice and clean and well located to to check ot the famous tourist areas of Venice. Not difficult to find the reception (which is next to Piazzale Roma) where we got very detailed printout with pictures making it very easy to find the apartment. The only complaint is that the web description and lots of mails said "Best Rialto Apartments With Lift" but the lift was locked with the note "only for staff" so I would recommend not using "With Lift" when advertising the apartment.

Absolutly no view at all in App. no.5!
Wir haben für 2 Erw. und 4 Kinder gebucht und das Appartement No. 5 with Lift erhalten!! Nur das wir keinen Lift brauchten für die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Die Fenster sind so weit oben und mit Vorhängen bedeckt. Kein Tageslicht in dieser Wohnung. Um wenigstens lüften zu können, musste zurrst ein Stuhl vors Fenster gestellt werden, um dann das Fenster zu kippen/öffnen. Wir schlafen gerne bei offenem Fenster, der Lärm von draussen war aber zu laut, vorallem auch morgens scheint diese Gasse ein gut frequentierter Arbeitsweg zu sein. Beide Badezimmer ohne Fenster, eines mit Abzug, das ander mit kleinem Fenster in unerreichbarer Höhe!! Auf der einen Toilette musste man sogar schräg sitzen, weil die Duschwand störte. Bettwäsche und Duschtücher sind genügend vorhanden. Um die Küche zu benutzen muss man zuerst in supermarket und Tabs für die Abwaschmasch. kaufen, Abfallsäcke ( nur einer vorhanden), Sponge und Microfaser zum abwischen kaufen gehen. Wir waren enttäuscht von dieser Wohnung, erstens weil die Bilder etwas ganz anders versprechen und zweitens die Reception nicht auf unser Anliegen eingegangen ist. In unserer Buchung war auch von City View die Rede...hahaha! Mit Kinder möchte man ab und zu sich in die Whg. zurückziehen können, aber in diese dunkle Whg lieber nicht.

Good location, but didnt get what we had booked
Pictures and text were mixed up on hotels.com, so we got another apartment than what we thought we had booked. We booked apt 4, but the pictures that said apt 4 turned out to bed from apt 3, and vice versa. Contacted the manager who put all blame on us, saying we made the mistake ourselves, even though we had printscreens from hotels.com showing that the pictures were from another apartment. Seems to be fixed and ok on the website now. Quite dark livingroom with really worn down sofa. Modern bathroom. Good heating, extra blankets available, many towels. Quite soundproof windows. Great location, quiet area close to restaurants, not far from Rialto and Maria del Friars. One of us woke up with many new insect bites every morning, hopefully just mosquitos although it looked like something else...

Horrible experience with the logistics of getting the apartment, waiting 2 hours under the rain for someone with the key, and on top of it they charged us 40€ more for a late check in when it was clearly their fault, I wouldent use this site again to do any bookings

Apartamento muito bom
Apartamento amplo, limpo, moderno bem equipado. No meu caso estávamos em 7 pessoas, e ficou bem tranquilo, podia ser até 8, 2 banheiros razoáveis. Sem carpet, cortinas e nada que lembrasse umidade. Ele fica difícil de se encontrar, mas a pessoa responsável nos encontrou em ponto determinado e depois foi fácil se localizar. Valor pago foi muito bom pela quantidade de pessoas e sendo Veneza.

La personne qui devait nous accueillir était à l'heure. L'appartement était propre, calme. Le quartier n'est pas trop mal situé, certes un peu loin de la place San Marco mais bien desservi. Vaporetto RIALTO à 15mn à pied et l'arrêt TOMA à 10mn. La gare routière à 2 stations.

Das Appartment liegt wirklich sehr versteckt in dem netten Stadtteil San Polo. Der Zuschnitt der Badezimmer ist sehr eigenwillig, aber für den Preis ist das ziemlich gut. Insgesamt sehr familienfreundlich.

Magnifico weekend in appartamento a Venezia
Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi volesse trascorrere una vacanza alternativa in città. Abitudinari degli hotel, per questo nostro weekend a Venezia abbiamo optato per una sistemazione diversa dalle solite che ci permettesse di essere più liberi e di contenere la spesa, risparmiando sicuramente ed in maniera intelligente. Ottimo tutto, peccato per qualche goccia di pioggia.

Disappointing
Unit was dirty and offers no paper product amenities or soap. Rules overly restrictive and borderline ridiculous especially regarding use of air conditioning. Make sure you clarify payment method. If you want beautiful views of Venetian canals, spend more and stay at a hotel that isn't in an urban neighborhood.

To many problems to list-dont waste your money!
We had apartment #4. No customer service. Found fresh blood stains on sheets. Internet only works in the hallway for rooms 1-4. Big electrical problems in this building. Main circuit breaker kept blowing(another renter showed us how to reset it). A/C broken in one room. All other apartment renters had similar problems. Washer and dryer didnt work. My first review was rejected and it was very detailed. There were to many headaches at this apartment. Dont let them spoil your beautiful vacation!

Apartamento muito bom, com amplos espaços nos quartos, sala e cozinha. Confortável, com design moderno, localizado bem no centro da ilha, facilitando o acesso as diversas atrações turísticas de Veneza. Boa relação custo benefício, tendo em vista o apartamento ser totalmenete equipado e mobiliado. O único inconveniente é achar o local exato. Marque com a representante do hotel o local e horário exato, pois houve desencontro quando chegamos e levamos cerca de 2 horas para achar o local certo, pois as vielas são muito confusas e sem um mapa você nunca vai encontrar.
