Close to Rialto and San Marco. Few sets of steps on the way. Entry instructions were clear. Our room was HUGE as was the bathroom. Bed was comfy. We stayed only one night. Would definitely stay there again. Loads of shops and restaurants nearby. Take a gondola ride and a vaparetto. Venice is amazing.

On our recent stay, our family had three rooms. Very roomy, well appointed rooms. One of our rooms even had a patio attached. Perfect for us to gather at the end of the evening with a glass of wine. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Highly recommend!!! I recommend this hotel if you are staying in the San Marco area and want a short walk to major destinations and transport (less than 10 min walk to most places). The location is amazing as a home base. My room had cold AC, amazing WiFi, and was extremely quiet! They don’t have 24 hr front desk but check in instructions were extremely clear and sent to me ahead of time. Make sure to have cash to pay for daily resort charge of 4 euro a day. Hope this was helpful!

Room was clean and central location. Terrible staff however. They were quite rude and overcharged us our property taxes. More than 4x what was listed on the booking confirmation and just started yelling and screaming loudly in Italian. Suggest to avoid or be prepared to pay whatever tax they make up on the spot.
