Wen we arrived we were told they hadn't received the 2 emails my friend sent we are 2 women in our late 60s with a room each we asked for them to be near each other..they were opposite sides of the hotel my friends room was 62 steep stairs up a floor on its own .a lift to 1st floor but not good if ur on your own and don't like lifts.my room was 30 steps high the room itself had no plugs except the one the big light was plugged into.the hairdryer was like a hoover pipe and difficult to hold as it got so hot. But the worse thing was on 2 occasions I came back to find my room was left unlocked by the cleaners! I did mention this to reception and have since read other reviews and have seen this has happened several times.es before.the water door was a good idea but very very expensive 4 x more than the water bus. The location is perfect tho which is why I presume it's 4
