좋은 점 1. 조식이 먹을만 해요. 주변 식당이 딱히 없어서 챙겨먹는게 도움이 됩니다. 2. 중심가 쪽이 아니라 사람들이 별로 없어서 조용합니다. 3. 주변에 마트가 있어서 물, 와인, 먹을 것들을 싼 가격에 이용할수 있어요. 4. 무라노 부라노 섬 들어가기에는 나름 좋은 위치입니다. 나쁜점 1. 위치가 구석이라 찾기 힘들었어요. 2. 전체적으로 방안 조명이 어둡기 때문에 선택을 수로쪽으로 하시는게 좋아요. 3. 관광지와 떨어진 위치라 발품팔이 하셔야 해요.

넓고, 깨끗하고, 친절하고... 좋아요!!
지도상 거리가 좀 멀어보여 불편하지 않을까 했었는데. 베니스가 워낙 작다보니 도심 까지는 금방 갈 수 있었습닙다. 방은 생각보다 넓어서 놀랐고, 조식 정말 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 다른지역 여행하고 돌아와 다시 이곳 예약해서 남은 일정 보냈습니다. 직원 상당히 진절해서 좋았습니다.

살인적인 베네치아 물가를 생각한다면 가성비가 훌륭한 호텔
조식이 깨끗하게 잘 나오고, 객실 상태도 매우 양호한 편입니다. 골목 깊숙히 있어 창문에서 보이는 풍경이 별로이지만, 아무 문제가 되지 않습니다. 넓고 깨끗한 객실과 욕실, 정갈한 조식뷔페로 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

만족스럽습니다. 직원분들 친절하셨고(매우!) 호텔 내부도 깨끗해서 좋았습니다! 다만 약간 외각쪽에 숙소가 있긴 하지만, 무라노랑 부라노 섬으로 가는 배편은 가깝습니다!

관광지와 가깝고 편리한 호텔
기차 역에서도 가깝고 공항에서 타고오는 수상버스 정류장과도 가까워 위치적으로 좋습니다. 조식도 맛있고 방도 아늑하니 좋습니다. 벽이 얇은건지 옆방의 이탈리안 부부의 목소리가 큰건지 모르겠지만 완벽한 방음은 안됩니다. 침대 헤드 부분에 콘센트가 있다면 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 제가 못찾았을지도 모르지만 콘센트가 1개뿐이라 멀티탭이 없었다면 좀 불편했을 것 같습니다. 열차 티켓 등을 출력할 시스템도 갖추고 있어 좋았습니다. 가격이나 위치 면에서 훌륭합니다. 다음에도 다시 베니스를 방문한다면 또 묵을 의사가 있습니다.

Hot like an actual oven even with windows open. Poorest and most depressing lighting ever in the rooom. Bathroom is falling apart, furniture on its last leg, fridge suspiciously warm and had to toss our snacks. Cannot check in early by any minutes. Tried to switch our room to one half the price of what we paid. Reason they switched us because “they thought our kids were younger”, like it’s ok then to bait and switch if within a certain age bracket. Venice was my favorite stop on our tour of Italy; Eurostars was the worst hotel.

The hotel is a wonderful building inside and out, in a nice location. Our room was stunning at first but we found it frustrating. There are far too many light switches and permutations to get a particular light on or off, overall the lighting is poor.Reading a book after dark is difficult and we had to shine our phones onto the safe instructions to be able to read them. Despite cold November nights our biggest problem was the room being far too hot for a comfortable sleep, it was like an oven. On the first night I asked reception to just turn the heaters off to our room because turning the room controls off seemed to make no difference, I cannot understand why they would pay high energy bills to heat the street because we had to have the windows open to cool the room. I assume the individual controls would be just as useless in summer. If we were not kept awake by the stifling temperature it was the noise from the next room. I don’t think the occupants were particularly loud, you could just hear every word, cough, sneeze like they were in the room with you and these girls didn’t stop talking morning and night. Overall, the hotel has many great features and friendly staff but I cannot enthuse over them because the room was simply uncomfortable and unable to provide a decent nights sleep. I mentioned my gripes when checking out and was annoyed by the reply of “ you should have told us and maybe we could have done something about the heating “…. I did, on the very first night.

The place was very spacious with two stories with bathrooms in the ground floor. This setup was kind of inconvenient because we had to use the lower level to change while just use the upper level for sleeping. They had 2 beds in the upper level but a wooden beam cutting across which can be hazard at night time. Our daughter had to crawl to get to the bed. Lighting was overall poor and very less outlets to charge your phones and accessories. Also they control the a/c at the front desk which was kind of dressed . The property is bang on the canal and private transportation while expensive like a water taxi was super useful. We used it to go to burano and also to the traon station with the baggage. The front desk was very helpful in arranging for transportation and guiding us to places to eat/visit. Overall a mixed experience as the rooms we got was not very comfortable

We came with kids and the double room with the loft was perfect. It was a few minutes walk from lots of shops and dining options. The staff was very helpful and had great recommendations. We loved this hotel and would stay there again.

We were a family of 5. The location of the property was quite a distance from the main restaurants and had limited options. The room was very dark and had a strange layout. If they added a few lamps, that might help. The shower was awful, scalding hot water that burned us and when we asked the front desk, they were not helpful at all. We had to Jean ourselves using the sink which didn't have much water pressure. The breakfast was not good at all, very disappointing given the lobby looked great but the rooms were in bad shape. The staff was not helpful and we felt misled when they told us the price of the water taxi was 19 euros total. We asked him again and he said that was for all of us. It turned out to be 70 euros. We would not recommend this hotel at all.

Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. The hotel is super far from the center. The hotel has a very unsafe vibe and very very outdated. On pictures it looks pretty good but in life it's same as a very very old motel.

the location wan not on the city center, we were there on march and it was still cold, there was no heater on the rooms and it was soooo cold at night, we keep telling them but apperenty they will turn on the heater on a certain degree on a certain time which they had the control of. overall the hotel was so old

Good clean rooms, staff was helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to restaurants and seabus stations. Breakfast was ok, simple. We didn’t get breakfast at the hotel as the outside options were more appealing.
