We loved our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and everything worked. I would have definitely stayed at this hotel again. The location is nice if you want to be near the train station and other water transportation services. Rialto bridge is 25 minute walk and 35 minutes to St. Mark’s Basilica. Overall it was a nice hotel.

Hotel location is excellently placed within 5 mins walk of the bus and train stations and similarly close to the bars, shops and restaurants. The main areas of the hotel and the welcoming staff were all excellent and well appointed. The bedrooms and primarily the bathrooms are now a little dated and could do with an update to ensure 4 star rating is deserved. We had a great stay and the hotel formed a big part of the experience.

Good location nearby central railway station and bus to the airport. However, property is very tired looking and looks run down. Bed and mattress was too flimsy. Not worth it. Lot of street side noise from all the tourists on the road. I wouldn’t stay here next time.

Very cute traditional property. Fantastic location with windows that overlooked the grand canal, easy to get in/out of Venice. The staff was really kind and helpful! Lots of fantastic restaurants nearby and just across the canal from the public ferry.
