The location is the biggest reason to stay at this hotel. It’s in a great area for exploring Venice, with many attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room had air conditioning, which was a big plus during the summer, and it also included an in-room safe but it doesn’t use a code and a key hasn’t provided Breakfast is continental only, so don’t expect freshly cooked items or made-to-order dishes. One thing to note is that the hotel only provides body wash/shampoo and a very small bar of soap. If you prefer lotion or your own toiletries, be sure to bring them with you. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its excellent location, helpful staff, and comfortable stay.

Perfect location, nice and cozy room, comfortable bed. At night it's quiet. The breakfast is very good if it's included (otherwise it's a bit pricy). It's Venice, so the room is small, the shower cabin is narrow - but it won't pose any problems if you're regular sized.

after a not so favorable stay in Florence, this hotel is a gem. Everything you need, and nothing you don't. very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is additional, but compared to what you would spend at a cafe, I say go for it! Will stay there again!

The hotel is absolutely fantastic, super helpful and nice staff and it looks much better in real life than the photos on this website. The room was comfortable, fluffy bed and good pillows, air conditioning was started before we arrived so the room was perfect when we got there.

Hotel Mercurio was wonderful. The staff was amazing, friendly, and gave amazing recommendations for food and outings. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! Also, it was very centrally located which made it super easy and convenient to get to anywhere in the city. We loved it and would recommend them highly.
