전반적으로 인테리어가 매우 깔끔하고 단정하다. 고급스러운 느낌이 강조된다. 데스크 직원은 기대 이상으로 친절했다. 방 청소와 관리 또한 성실했다. 숙박 일정 중, 하루는 오전오후에 청소를 거절한 날이 있었는데, 저녁에 정중히 전화로 필요한 것이 없는지 물어봐주었다. 몇 가지 필요한 것을 요청하자 저녁시간인데도 금방 가져다 주어서 감사했다. 숙소의 위치는 산마르코광장에서 메리어트 전용 배를 타고 20분이다. 30분마다 양쪽 모두에서 출발하는 배가 있어서 쉽게 왔다갔다 할 수 있었다. 해질 무렵에 숙소로 들어가는 방향으로 해가 지므로, 노을 구경을 노려볼 만 하다. 물론 야외 루프탑 수영장에서의 노을 경치 역시 훌륭하다.

Wonderful experience and good service
I had a wonderful vacation after tour of rome, and venice, which was very tiring. Food was nice and great customer service and clean room.

호텔은 정말 좋았습니다. 조식도 좋았고, 휴식을 취하기에는 최고의 장소였습니다. 저녁에는 셔틀을 타고 나가 베니스 본섬에서 저녁도 먹고, 커피도 마시고 조금 불편한 점이라고 한다면, 배를타고 편도 25분정도가 소요가 되고 셔틀 간격이 30분이라는 점 입니다. 베니스를 휴양지 처럼 즐기실 분들에게 추천합니다!! 시끌시끌한 베니스에서 이색적인 경험이었습니다

Very inconvenient to stay
I had arranged a private water taxi two weeks before the arrival, even guaranteed the payment. However, staffs had missed to arrange a taxi for me, and made me wait outside for an hour. The taxi never came until an hour later, so I couldn't help to taking public transportation after long-hour train travel. I would hardly recommend to stay at this hotel to whom truly covet to stay in a silent island, even though there are clear inconvenience to get to the hotel and travel around.

Ok, so I think there's lots of people out there who's waiting to see some reviews of this hotel, because I was one of them two weeks ago. My biggest concern when I booked this hotel was the location. It's on the island 15 minutes away from main island. If you don't mind spending 30-40 minutes transporting between the islands, if's a wonderful hotel. They just opened the hotel in March, and half of facilities such as spa, church (yes they have their own church) fitness room and etc. The main building is very ready, and all the staff members were so very kind to us and eager to please us. My mother and I had wonderful time. We are definately planning on going back to the hotel, when they open the remains of hote. We'll go to Venice just to relax in the hotel, not to sightseeing in main island of Venice. Oh, when you get there, do take a walk around the island in the morning, you won't believe you're in Venice, it's nothing like busy streets in main island.

There is nothing quite like the JW Marriott Venice on Isola delle Rose. The uniqueness of this property makes for quite a luxurious experience! The staff’s attention to detail can make you feel like their most important guest! We will for sure be back!

The property is nice, but doesn't feel aligned with what you end up paying. It doesnt feel like a JW Marriott - more like a Courtyard Marriott. While we didn't really have any bad experiences, nothing really stands out to make it a great one especially given the price point and location (e.g. food is average and caters to tourists). It seems like a hotel that many people use to spend 1-2 nights in before going off for the cruise. Full of groups. The shuttle is very convenient - easy to get to St Marks square and helps stay away from the crowds.

We stayed 3 nights with my fiancée in this lovely trip. Property grounds are stunning, I would have wished to stay one more night to enjoy all the facilities. Breakfast buffet was amazing, great food quality and options. One of our concerns was transportation to Venice and it worked perfectly, boat sails every 30 minutes from and to St. Mark’s Square.

Nice hotel with a very high service level from the staff, in particular the staff in the reception and in the breakfast restaurant did a very good job. But price and quality doesn’t match. Food quality below average in a country where quality and taste normally is very good. Paid twice the price for both food and wine compared to the city center. Too much Marriott concept hotel and less Italian touch which is a pretty.

Ein Paradies außerhalb - aber in Reichweite - von Venedig. Gutes Freizeit-, Sportangebot, tolles Zimmer mit Terrasse (Residenza). Sagra Restaurant mit sehr nettem Personal und leckerem Essen. Buffetdinner in der Cucina auch abwechslungsreich. Man schaut auf Venedig und genießt die Stille einer Insel.
