Did not accept my dog even though they said they accept animals and tried to make us not stay there. If the website says they accept animals they should accept animals. To stay we had to Other than this the hotel was good.

This property did not look anything like the pictures that you show. Took forever to find the property, even the locals were not sure where it was!. It is right next to a fish restaurant which was being renovated, luckily for us, as it would have been awful at night time as our bedroom was above it. The breakfast that was mentioned sounded like it was on the premises. NO. you have to go to a restaurant/café down the road somewhere. This room has been given 4.2 out of 5, yes the room was spotless and the man on reception was polite but why such a high score? It did not spoil our holiday at all but I do think that this hotel was nothing like you describe. Therefore I think you sold us something that wasn't quite right.

Happy with the hotel overall, friendly person who met us at reception, helpful with the details of easiest route to Venice from the hotel. Downside would be that it's a bit of a walk, 10+ mins, for Mestre bars and restauarants. Comfortable bed, good bathroom, clean, bright.

Great little room for the single traveler. Clean room with a decent bathroom. Safe in the room also. Got myself the 48 hour travel pass from a tobacco shop just outside and caught the bus straight to Venice, 15 minutes or so. The pass allows you to catch the ferries in Venice also.

El problema no es el hotel, ya que aunque la habitación es súper chica, tanto que para poder acostarte casi tienes que subir desde el final de la cama porque por lo laterales no se puede entrar, por ninguno de ellos, y el trato del personal es bastante bueno ya que te ayuda y te explica todo lo que necesites. Ahora bien, por la noche las calles cambian respecto al día, ya que por la noche se llena de gente con muy malas pintas quizás no sea solo la zona y sea en todo el municipio de Mestre que el ambiente de noche es muy diferente al de por la mañana.

Nous avons arrive tard apres la fermeture de la reception mais il a laisse les cles. Nous avons eu l'information requise pour nous rendre et deplacer a Venise. La chambre et instalation tres propres.

Good location, near bus line and supermarkets
Situated in quiet street, however if you have a room above the neighbouring restaurant, it could be a bit noisy at night. Supermarket and other convenience stores nearby. Approx 100 metres from bus which can take you to Venice in about 45 mins. 20 minute walk direct from train station. Gentleman at reception when we arrived, however he was not there very often. Suggest paying tax when you arrive, just in case he is not there when you leave.

A 6 room hotel. Office only open 9:30 AM -11:30 AM. If arriving outside these times, you must email hotel your arrival time and they will meet you. Very helpful staff who speak English well.

O B&B é bom, mas o B do brekfast não existe. Te dão um vaucher por 5 euros para você tomar o café em outro lugar. O quarto era bastante pequeno e o bairro não era muito legal. Mas custo benefício era o que eu procurava, queria só para dormir e que fosse prático para ir a Veneza, e isso era, o onibus passava a uma quadra dalí.

Perfect for going to Venice
Me and my girlfriend stayed here so we could get to Venice easily. Was very close to the number 2 bus which takes you directly to Venice in 20 minutes. Nice creperie next door.

- The room was clean & spacious, but we'd recommend to bring some mosquito repellent with you as we killed quite a few for the 3 nights of our stay. - The luggage deposit service has to be negotiated with the staff, as they would let guests pick up their luggage only when they are back at the counter for someone to check in.

a confortable B&B with a good price
tidy and clean .the host is not always stay at the B&B. so u had to contact with him ahead what time u will arrive. its close to the bus station and we can easy to head to Venice by bus NO#2. and Bus NO# 15 we can take from airport and get off at stop name as "incr.via piave". And its also just 10 minu walk distance from this B&B to Mestre railway train station

Very pleasant stay
It is a very conveniently located hotel in Venice Mestre for a fraction of price you'd pay on the island; about 15-20 minute walk from the Mestre train station. There are two buses just around the corner: one takes you to the main bus terminal on the island in about 20 minutes and the other takes you to the Marco Polo Airport in less than half an hour. Just make sure you have bus tickets which may be difficult to obtain especially in the afternoon. The room was very pleasant with all the conveniences such as hair dryer, minibar, kettle, etc. There is no reception and you need to e-mail your arrival time for someone to be in the office.

The owner is very nice. He provides the maps and useful information, such as the location of supermarket, delicious restaurant and bus stop. The room is spacious and clean. In addition, the housekeeping is provided everyday.

Ottima sistemazione
È una ottima soluzione per visitare Venezia, si trova a poca distanza dalla linea 2 degli Autobus che in meno di mezz'ora arrivano a Piazzale Roma, la corsa costa 1,5 € ed è compresa nel biglietto turistico che si usa anche per i battelli che costa 20 € al giorno. È possibile chiedere al proprietario di fare il check-in anche in serata così che se si arriva a Venezia non bisogna attraversare l'istmo due volte inutilmente. Le dimensioni della camera e del bagno sono adeguate, il riscaldamento perfettamente funzionante e la pulizia è buona. L'unica cosa da aggiungere sarebbe una mensolina vicino all'unica presa libera in camera, visto che si trova a più di 1,50 da terra rendendo più comodo sacrificare una delle due lampadine che sono sui comodini, e delle cartine di Venezia tra i vari fogli promozionali, a Venezia non se ne trovano facilmente di gratuite.

Very good and quiet stay
The person who received us was very kind and helpful. The room was very well presented and modern. It was comfortable with a good bathroom facility but not very warm because the air conditioning wasn't working. But it was a small detail to be worried about. Good breakfast service in a very reasonable time. A good and quiet place to stay, definitely.

Sono già stato due volte in questa struttura e oggi ho prenotato per la terza volta. Mi sono trovato molto bene e lo consiglio. Vicino al centro di Mestre con bei locali e ristoranti ottimi. Molto ben servita per raggiungere Venezia. Situato in una zona bella e tranquilla lontana dal traffico.
