Hébergement bien situé chambre un peu petite cabine de douche tres petite et n'offront pas toutes les options massage La robinetterie demande une petite révision chasse d'eau lavabo et douche. La chambre est très propre ainsi que des sanitaires. Petit déjeuner correct.

Great waterfront view!
Provided the fact that the city of Venice is completely walkable, this location has the advantage of staying a bit off the crowd and still gives us easy access to almost everything, including beautiful waterfront view from the breakfast room and our unit. The owner Giovanni was extremely helpful and provided us with many information about the local community and resources.

The owner treated us like family. Great place and location. Made our time in Venice a memorable one, would stay again and again. Great place to stay 3rd Saturday in July to view the fireworks.

Absolute amazing place in a wonderful location. Staff is amazing and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. Starts at 8.30am which was a bit late for me, but there is also a coffee shop with fresh pastry and amazing coffee in the same building and they open at 7.00am.

Check-in was challenging, and the first room we got was little more than a closet, and the AC did not work. However Giovani was VERY kind and gracious, and moved us to another slightly larger room for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was good, and the staff was very helpfuls and friendly. FANTASTIC LOCATION!

Lage top, Frühstück auch gut. Preis-Leistung unschlagbar! Eine Nacht Samstag auf Sonntag leider laut aufgrund einer Party im Nebenhaus. Vermieterin, sehr freundlich und nett. Leider kein Englisch, jedoch unkomplizierter Check in bzw Check out. Mit Übersetzer und Handzeichen klappt die Kommunikation. Gerne Wieder, Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen!

Lovely breakfast in am. View was beautiful. Building is charming and old. Problems with old locks to our room and B&B entry door. No lift, so be prepared to carry luggage 4 sets of stairs.

La struttura è situata in una posizione ottima, il personale è gentile e accogliente, specie Giulia che è un vero tesoro. Le camere sono confortevoli e ben arredate, complete dei servizi principali. L'unica pecca è che non rispondono mai al telefono e nemmeno via mail, quindi quando siamo arrivati non avevamo le istruzioni per accedere all'appartamento, ci siamo dovuti affidare ai consigli del proprietario del bar accanto. Per il resto consigliatissimo.

Il BeB la rosa dei venti è una tipica struttura veneziana situata a 10 minuti da Piazza San Marco lungo la Riva degli Schiavoni, una dellenpasseggiate più tipiche delle città Veneziana. Soggiornare presso la Junior Suite con vista sulla luguna è stato meraviglioso, aprire il balconcino ed avere una vista sulla città con il Canal Grande e il campanile San Marco è veramente fantastico. La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato è risultata per noi molto accogliente anche se qualche piccolissimo accorgimento potrebbe rendere il tutto ancora piu gradevole come l insonorizzazione della porta d ingresso e il letto matrimoniale composto da due letti singoli. Il bagno e la doccia della camera sono molto spaziosi e la tsmperatura della camera visto comunque il periodo è stata molto apprezzata. La colazione all italiana che si tiene nella hall con vista sulla Luganua è molto caratteristica e romantica. I prodotti abbastanza vari con salumi di buona qualità. Personale piacevole ed accogliente. La Rosa dei venti è stata un' ottima scelta per il nostro soggiorno a Venezia, soprattutto per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sicuramente la terrò in considerazione in caso di una breve toccata in questa città magica.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. Super Blick auf die Lagune, während man das Frühstück genießt. Der Dusche hat ein bisschen der Wasserdruck gefehlt, aber es sei dem 300-jahre altem Haus verziehen ;-) Wir kommen gerne wieder

The room was very small and the actual rooms did not look like the ones in the photo. The photos make he rooms appear larger.

Posizione eccellente! Silenzioso, ordinato, ben arredato, non manca nulla. Colazione abbondante con vista mare. L'unico dettaglio a cui prestare attenzione, specialmente se si ha una certa età: le scale (non c'è ascensore). Torneremo!

Saapuminen sujui sopimuksen mukaisesti. Huone oli tilava ja viihtyisä upeilla merimaisemilla. Hotellin tilat olivat erinomeisessa kunnossa. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja sen kruunasi upea merimaisema. Henkilökunta oli erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen. Biennalen vierailua ja aamulenkkeilyä ajatellen sijainti oli täydellinen. Alue oli pahimpien turistiruuhkien ulkopuolella. Friendly clean and tidy b&b
We arrived late for our checkin however we received clear instructions as to how we can get into our room, which was clean and tidy. The next morning we had a lovely breakfast and had a lovely chat with the owner, he gave us great advice and it was such a warm welcome. Only thing that could be improved was the shower, but everything else was lovely.

Safety concerns
Some serious safety concerns here. Only one set of keys provided. My son went out for a walk, and there was no way for me to open the door from the inside. When he did not return on time it caused a panic situation. Check in was also not as described as we were informed there would be an envelope left inside with keys, but was not there. We tried phoning multiple times with no response and then ended up going up the stairs to find the cleaner who was able to help us and who I must say was extremely friendly. That was the one good thing. Also some electrical outlets need covers and get in early if you want a warm shower. Other than that the location was good, rooms give that authentic experience.
