It is one of the most amazing experiences ever. The staff was above and beyond expectations. They are fun, helpful, and professional. The location is right in the middle of everything including the water bus, taxi and gondola dock, If you’re lucky enough to get a room here, book it

We loved our stay at Palazzo Bembo and would definitely stay again. The entire staff are exceptional! ❤️ They are very customer experience focused and cannot do enough to make your stay special. They helped us with travel arrangements to and from the airport, and recommendations on places to eat, they helped arranged a visit to Murano to a glass factory and helped us with getting our sense of direction in Venice. Outstanding service! We also loved our room. By European standards the room is quite large with lots of closet space. The bed was comfortable and the linens were soft. The bathroom is amazing! A double size shower with wonderful pressure. We had breakfast most mornings and our view overlooked the Rialto bridge and the canal. Everything about breakfast was delicious but especially the warm croissants with my cappuccino. The croissants are the perfect size and flaky and delicate like you would expect from a french bakery. The location of the Palazzo Bembo is ideal. You are at the Rialto Bridge and you are minutes away from St Marks Square, the market, great dining, endless shopping and a short walk to most areas of the City. Water taxis, gondola rides and city water buses are right there and yet at night it is serenely quiet and easy to sleep. We highly recommend Palazzo Bembo and we will be back when we return to Venice.

Palazzo Bembo was a beautiful place to stay. It was conveniently located and provided great views of the Rialto bridge. The staff was welcoming and offered helpful suggestions to improve our stay. The property was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel consists of 6 rooms in a 15th century building. The furnitures and fixtures are all from the 15th century save for the toilet. People who like old world charm will be smitten by this type of hotel. My husband and I are more into modern facilities though. The location is right next to Rialto bridge and you get to be in the thick of the action. The staff are nice and friendly too.

Everything was excellent. From check-in to check out, Marco made sure I was provided with personalized and friendly service. The location was excellent, the room was spacious, clean and had all the modern amenities. The bathroom was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. The building although old is beautifully maintained and decorated in Italian old wood charm. The breakfast was good and the dining area was not crowded with three windows that overlook the Grand Canal and partially the Rialto. This small hotel is not only value for the money, but will make your Venetian stay in Italian old world charm.

This hotel is located on 3rd floor requiring to climb very long double 3 flights of stairs and elevators were broken entire stay. At the time of reservation this was not shared. Staff was very apologetic and helped us to carry the luggages but there was no sign of repair men working on this issue. This was a huge issue for my 72 year old mom with back and knee issues especially after long walk

The location is the reason to stay here. Palazzo Bembo is right on the Grand Canal, a minute from the Rialto Bridge, and the room was quiet at night. The blackout curtains actually worked, so it stayed dark, and the bathroom was nice. The bed was the weak point. The floor is uneven enough that the bed sat on an angle, and we had to shift it to find a spot where we weren’t sleeping downhill. The bedding itself wasn’t very comfortable. Fine for a short stay if you want the canal and the location, and less so if a good night’s sleep is the priority.
