그럭저럭
이곳을 찾는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니었다. 절대 짐을 가지고 걷는 것은 하지말기를... 하루를 그냥 머무르기엔 나쁘지 않았다.

위치는 매우 좋으나 안락하지 않다.
위치는 산마르코 광장에 붙어 있어 완벽하리만치 좋다. 하지만 침대의 스프링이 고장나 있었고. 원 상태라하더라도 만족스럽지 않았을 품질이었다. 방 자체는 청결했지만 바닥이 화장실과 같은 재질로 되어 있어 차가웠고 안락한 느낌이 들지는 않았다. 같은 이름의 호텔에서 체크인을 할 수 있는데, 직원들은 친절했다. 위치가 완벽한 만큼 가격대비 시설의 품질은 떨어질 수밖에 없는거 같다.

위치와 객실상태등은 좋았구요. 다만 찾는 것이 힘들었어요. 호텔 메인은 다른곳에 있었고, 주소로되어 있는곳은 메인 간판을 단 호텔에서 한 3분정도지만 사인이나 알림이 전혀 없어서 엄청 헤맸어요. 하지만 착한 가격으로 좋은듯합니다. 친구들끼리도 괜찮구요. 저희 옆방은 가족들도 같이 왔더라구요.

가족이 머물기에는 좁았습니다. 같은 크기의 방에 침대 개수만 달라지더군요. 한 침대에 문제가 있었지만 그럭저럭 잘 지냈습니다. 처음에 찾아 가기가 어려웠지만 관광을 하기에는 좋았습니다. 바포레토 정류장이 가까워 좋았습니다.

We were placed in a nearby, brand-new apartment with two separate rooms. Please note that the building did not have an elevator, but the amenities within the room were awesome.

Chambre ultra bien placée à 2 minutes de la place San Marco. Dans un quartier très vivant mais la chambre est très calme dans une court. Équipement d’époque mais très correct.

Hidden luxury
The room was placed in another building almost hidden from the main street which made it very nice and there was no noise from the city.

Super aubaine ! Bien situé.
Parfait pour un court séjour. Très bien situé, belle place au bas de l'hôtel avec restaurants, cafés et petits commerces. Accueil courtois, possibilité de prendre soin des bagages avant l'heure.

Pleasant Hotel in Venice
The staff was very pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable. Very short walk from the water bus to the hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Ciao.

This room was administrated by a hotel across the little Square. The receptionist lady Was nice, and showed us the room. Great lovation by the little Vista/Square, and only a few minutes Walk from st. Marcus Square. The room Was extremely small for Four People and a bit of luggage, almost No room to move around, and the toiletdoor couldn't open all the way because beds were in the way

比較的わかりやすい場所に位置するホテルでした。スタッフの対応も良かったです。 ドライヤーが備わっているのですが、あまり長い間付けてると自然に消えてしまいました。

Nice little hotel
Nice little hotel very close to Piazza San Marco and to Ferrovia station S. Zaccaria. This hotel doesn't have a reception desk and check-in and -out have to be done at Hotel Tiepolo which is at less than a 1-min walk. Our room was clean, with good wi-fi and a good air conditioner.

Cuesta mucho llegar al hotel, no tiene nombre y está ubicado en el patio de servicio de unos restaurantes, lo cual da una desagradable vista a los tarros de basura, para registrarse hay que ir a otro hotel y el único personal amable fue el de servicio, las habitaciones son incómodas y la ropa blanca está muy gastada, me tocó una toalla rota, la relación precio calidad es pésima

Disappointed
Front desk staff very rude. There is no secure luggage valet if you get there before check in. This is an annex to Hotel Tiepolo and the area in front of annex and stairway dim and scary with uneven carpet covered stone stairs which are a tripping hazard. No shower light and dim bathroom, but clean. Room very small for 4 people with little luggage storage, but clean. Window broken. No Working TV. No inner security latch to room.

Good location horrible hotel
Initially we struggled to find this hotel as it’s down a back alley. Then we check in only to find out that we are not staying in the actual hotel but in a separate area. Then we have to go up three flights of stairs with no elevator only to find a really old hotel room with a bathroom that has a toliet that doesn’t flush well, a shower that’s too small and doesn’t stay up higher than the lowest position. Also there is no working remote for the tv, the WiFi barely works, the double bed is actually two single beds pushed together. The only redeeming quality of the hotel is the location however that is not enough to overcome all the other issues.

Met minimum expectations
This is essentially an annex to the Hotel Tiepolo. The check in was smooth. Staff about as genuinely friendly as one could hope to find in a place such as Venice. Room was basic. No frills such as drinking water. Water was at least hot, room was clean and bed comfortable enough. My overall feeling was that this is probably a good hotel for Venice at this price point.

Very good situated- you are directly in the city.
Around hotel there are lovely streets whith stores open till late evening and nice bars/restaurants. Pricing is ok, we didnt take the breakfast because we wanted a good homemade stuff and not the typical awful italian breakfast in the hotel. You cannot come by car to Venice- so let your car in one of the parkings near the city bit take car that you read the pricing information- some of the parkings have only day-rates so we paid 52 euros for 1 day and 1 hour parking:(((

Great price for location and necessities.
Great location and the room has everything you need. No breakfast included but you get a discount if you eat at the closest restaurant, which we did not try since it appeared beyond our budget. Least favorite things were that the towels felt like paper and the internet did not work very well. Getting to the office the first time took about 20 mins because the address provided takes you somewhere nearby but not to the actual office which is hidden at the end of a dead end 2 ft wide path that does not appear to be a passage way. As we returned to our room everyday, we usually found other guests standing outside looking lost because they also couldn't find the office and we would have to guide them to it.
