The property owners, Mario and Esmeralda were so easy to communicate with and made check-in process seamless. Their home is lovely and the breakfast they serve in the morning is icing on the cake to a wonderful stay. This location cannot be beat. I would highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast giving it a 10 out of 10.

We stayed for one night prior to joining a group tour. We could not have chosen a better place - the location was great and Mario and Esmeralda were the perfect hosts. We especially enjoyed talking to Esmeralda over breakfast. If i’m ever back in Venice again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here!

Mario was a gracious host. The property was as expected. Clean and quiet yet located in a central location to get to everything in Venice. Mario allowed us to drop our luggage ahead of check-in so we could enjoy the city immediately upon arrival which we greatly appreciated since we were only in town overnight.

Super friendly staff and helpful with tips on transportation and sights. The hotel is located close to the nearby water taxi stop (5min walk) and a 15 minute walk from the central train station. Easy to get around from to all of Venice. The included breakfast was perfect way to start each morning. Will stay here again.

Lovely b&b in the middle of a quiet neighborhood. Mario is wonderful, friendly and helpful as a local guide. We chose the en-suite bedroom. It is a Small room with a small bath. The breakfast was excellent brewed coffee but otherwise unremarkable: breads, yogurt, and juice served in a small room. Highly recommend for a local experience.

Mario was amazing!!! A super host! He accommodated me and my partner even for a late check in. Great communication. He recommended dinner spots which were great! The place if close to many restaurants. We missed his infamous coffee, but he provided us with croissants and juice for our way out since we missed breakfast. I will definitely stay here again. Very clean room. Thanks Mario.

My family of 4 stayed one night at Mario's lovely B&B and it was a wonderful and comfortable stay. Room & bathroom were clean and so very quiet. Breakfast featured fresh croissants with flavors per our request and other yunmy treats. Would recommend if you're in Venice looking for a quiet stay but still walkable to all the sights.
