Very modern, clean and secure. We had a wonderful experience staying at this location. We could see gondolas going by our windows and the apartment is perfectly located around shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. The host and assistant were very friendly and helped us book a watertaxi from the train station to the apartment. It was very relaxing.

Best apartment we have stayed in. Brand new. Clean. Safe: there are 3 points to enter code to get to room: a gate, entrance to building, entrance to room. The view is amazing from the window. Small canal view. Location is great too: 4 minutes away from S. Sylvestro vap stop. Good restaurant choices nearly. The washer/drier/dishwasher was a savior having 2 kids.

Our stay at San Polo was spectacular! The apartment was beautiful, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. Our host was wonderful and went out of her way to help us with our check-in, even though we arrived much later than expected. We had originally planned to arrive around 11 PM, but ended up getting there at 12:30 AM, and she was incredibly kind and accommodating. We were traveling as a family with my wife and our two daughters, and having two bedrooms, a separate living room, a kitchenette, and a dining area made our stay so much more enjoyable. It was the perfect place for us to relax after long days exploring Venice. We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
