We loved it here. This hotel is about the best location you can get and is beautiful top to bottom. We plan to come back to Venice in a couple years time and we will definitely be staying here again when we do!

Outstanding location—close to train station, busses and especially the water taxis. Rooms and bathrooms were very nice! Staff at front desk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything met our expectations. Highly recommend this property if you’re staying in Venice.

My room overlooked the canal. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff was superb!! I found them to be very helpful. I was afraid there would be a language bearer or that Americans would be treated rudely like I experienced in France, this was not the case at all. I learned simply greetings which did not seem to offend them, but they respected that I was trying. The only negative thing I can report were the water taxi drivers, they were reckless and rude. The rating only went to Five Stars, I would give higher stars if possible.

This, to my wife and I, is a hidden gem. We loved the location as you could easily walk to hotel from buses, taxi's or train, no need for water transport. There are plenty of good places to eat near by (within 10 minute walk). Rooms were very nice and priced well. In particular Lorenzo at the front desk was exceptional in his friendliness and helpfulness for anything we had questions on or needed. This from the original booking and messaging on info and questions to in person help. You can walk within 30 minutes of less to most anywhere you wanted. Hopefully we will be back and this is where we would stay.

Use “get your guide app” Airport transfer was so simple and easy with instructions - Vince bus transfer Marco Polo airport and city by ATVO . 25 steps away from hotel. Water bus has day pass will transfer you all over island really close. People mover is really close for cruise port. Best breakfast ever! Staff was really nice.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location. Venice can be challenging with luggage, and this is one of the few hotels that can be reached directly by car, which made our arrival much easier after a long travel day. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed, so we only spent one night here before boarding our cruise and did not get to experience as much of Venice as we had hoped. Because of its central location, the area was quite busy and not especially quiet, but the convenience more than made up for it. One thing future cruise passengers should know is that transportation pickup for the cruise was described as "walking distance," but with luggage it really was not practical. It was much easier to take a short five-minute taxi ride to the People Mover. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and extremely convenient. The staff were professional, although we did not find them to be as warm or welcoming as some of the other hotels we stayed in during Italy. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a convenient Venice location, especially before or after a cruise.

Our experience at this hotel was dissapointing to say the least. First of all the air conditioning air flow was practically none and the hotel staff, unable to resolve the issue, offered us a fan and to wait till the next day to switch us to another room. Secondly the internet wifi connection was very very poor most of the time. In addition, the water in the bathroom sink was draining very slow till maintenance staff got it fixed the next day. Considering this hotel is listed as a 4 star hotel, all of those issues listed were unacceptable to us and we would not stay there ever again.

This is a great hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, in a convenient location in Venice, right on the Piazzale Roma. Just steps from where our van transport dropped us off and just steps to catch the Airport Bus the next morning. A great breakfast too! Would definitely stay there again when in Venice!
