그냥 저냥..
컨디션은 가격대비 나쁘지않음. 한가지 인상적인 건 체크인 때 너무 피곤한데다 이탈리아식 영어를 도저히 못 알아듣겠어서 정보 얘기해주는 걸 대충 흘려들었는데 뒤에 몰린 손님들한테 잠깐 기다리라면서 한국인은 영어를 못하잖아, 라고 했다. 결국 알았다고 했더니 다같이 박수를 치며 웃었다. 이 상황이 휴머니즘적인지 레이시즘적인지는 읽는 사람의 판단에 맡기겠음. 재밌는 건 우리 숙소 안내해준 직원이 영어를 못하더라는 것.

Siamo molto dispiaciuti dell'accaduto. Per noi ogni cliente va rispettato, sono sicuro che non voleva essere un gesto offensivo. L'inglese varia di accento e pronuncia di paese in paese. Probabilmente non riuscivamo a comprenderci a pieno. Spero possiate perdonare queste mancanze, vi auguriamo il meglio! Speriamo che in ogni caso Venezia abbia provveduto a meravigliarvi. 잠만 자는곳이라 크게 불편할건 없어요~
기차역에서 걸어서 15분 정도 걸어서 갈 수 있다. 가격대비 그렇게 좋은 방은 아니다. 그 주변을 전부 걸어서 이동할 수 있어서 좋다. 주인이 친절해서 좋았다.

잠만 자는 숙소라면 저렴한 가격에 조식까지 제공되어 만족할수있었겠지만 와이파이가 안됬으며 호텔리셉션하는 곳은 다른곳에 위치하여 그걸 모르고 간 사람들은 당황할수밖에없을 것이다.

체크인 리셉션이 달라서 찾기 힘들어요.
리셉션이 숙소위치랑 다릅니다. 체크인하기 위해서 리셉션을 찾아야하는데 호텔스닷컴에 나와있는 위치는 숙소이고 호텔은 다른 호텔의 리셉션을 찾으셔야 체크인할 수 있습니다. 숙소근처에서 리셉션 위치를 아는 다른 여행객을 만나지 않았다면 한참을 해맸을것 같습니다. 그 외에 객실의 크기가 시설은 사진에 나온것처럼 좋은 편입니다. 하지만 아침은 바깥에 있는 레스토랑에서 오렌지주스,크로아상, 커피정도를 먹는데 나쁘진 않지만 좋지도 않습니다. 베니스에서 리셉션 위치를 먼저 찾으셔야 만족할 수 있을것 같습니다.

베니스의 깔끔한 숙소
산타루치아역에서 조금 거리가 있긴 하지만 방 컨디션은 굉장히 깨끗합니다. 침구나 수건도 깨끗하구요, 욕실도 작지만 깔끔합니다. 조식은 숙소앞에 까페에서 주는데 부페는 아니였지만 커피랑 빵이 맛있었어요.

"terrible hotel".I never go there again.
i think that the venice resort is the worst. because if i want to change for towel and bed sheet, i have to pay for 7euro per day! terrible terrible!! and room cleaning was too dirty and strange smell. Bathroom was so dirty and water power was very weak. and everyday if i want to cleaning my room, i must go outside until 10am. because cleaning time is from 9:00 to 10:30. i never go there. never!!

도시세가 일박 인당1유로라고되어있었지만 막상가니 2유로라고했습니다 1유로라고 써있는 걸 캡처해서 보여줘도 아니라고해서 2유로씩냈는데 호텔스닷컴에서 잘못 관리를 하는건지 이해가 안되네요

객실 상태 좋았습니다.
체크인하는곳이 다른곳에 있습니다. 객실까지 계단으로만 되어있어 캐리어가지고 올라가고 내려오기 힘듭니다. 하지만 객실상태는 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 위치도 역이랑도 가깝고 충분히 관광지로 걸어다닐만 합니다.

Ubytování cca 10 minut od nádraží Santa Lucia. Check-in proběhl "bezkontaktně", prostřednictvím zaslání potřebných informací pro vstup. Určitou nevýhodou na druhé straně je, že zde není žádná recepce a není zde možné ani ponechat zavazadla. Vhodné spíše pro mladší a méně náročné cestovatele, do pokoje vedou poměrně vysoké a strmé schody. S polohou a vybavením pokoje (samozřejmě je tu klimatizace i lednička) jinak spokojeni. V okolí větší počet různých restaurací.

Venice Resorts does the job
The check-in process was ok and the room was decent. The only problem was that the room had an air conditioner, but no remote was included. No one answered the phone when I called to inquire about getting a remote at around 5:30 in the evening. As it is hot in Venice, that could be a real problem for a lot of guests. Luckily it was not in the dead of summer. Overall, it was ok.

Location - close to train station yet walkable to everywhere else on the main island; note that there are 3 restaurants on the street under the hotel; it gets quite noisy which might be a problem if you are a light sleeper; the noise didn't bother us Staff - Emma is fantastic - super nice and accommodated a last minute floor change request which we greatly appreciated; stairs are a bit steep and might be a concern for senior travelers (i was travelling with a senior hence the request for a room on a lower floor) Room - clean and spacious; bed mattress was very comfortable and so were the pillows; spacious and clean bathroom as well; shower stall with jets Wi-Fi - worked fine during our stay except for the night before we checked out

Nice room, great AC, bad wifi
PROS: Close to train/bus station (less than 10 minute walk), cute street with lots going on, comfortable beds, very clean, strong air conditioning, nicely decorated CONS: wifi did not work! have to go to another location to check in, can be very loud in the early morning with church bells and tourist groups Overall, would recommend for the price/location/space but be aware of the wifi issue (seemed to work better on ground floor but there's no lobby area and our room was on the 1st/2nd floor where it didn't work at all), the noise (but part of being in the city) and the check in at another hotel (nearby but still a hassle).

It's very old and small. If you are claustrophobic...stay away. Pack light as you'll need to walk a lot and no elevators . No toiletries are provided either. WIFi is not good.

Location was great with easy access to everything. Room was small but but lovely with original exposed wood beams. Wifi was not reliable. We stayed for two nights and the room was not cleaned each day as was indicated when we checked in. Our room was on the third floor and the stairs are very steep and narrow. Challenging getting the suitcases up. Would not be suitable for seniors or physically challenged.

チェックイン場所と部屋が離れているのは事前に知っていたので問題はないが、受付の営業時間が短い上に、営業時間内に行ってもドアが開かずチェックインできずに困ってしまった。後から来た他の観光客も困っていて、ドアをかなり強めに叩いてアピールすると解錠された。チェッインカウンターに人がいて、営業時間内なのに客が入れないのには驚いた。(ちなみにチェックアウトの時も同じことがあった。普段から営業中も施錠しているのだろうか？) スタッフの愛想は悪くはないが、チェックイン時にはチェックアウト後に荷物を預かってくれると言っていたのに、いざ預けようとすると、もう空きがない、時間が長すぎる(2時間ぐらい預かってもらうつもりだった)と断られた。 また、Wi-Fiは繋がらず部屋は傾いている。この辺りの設備の問題は古い建物だし安いホテルだから仕方がないし、荷物のストレージもホテル側にも事情があるだろうが、総合的には星２つ。安かろう悪かろうといったホテルだった。個人的には二度目はない。

We were in the quad on the 2nd floor. Reviews are based on this room, others may be different. We chose this place based on price for 4 people and location. Pros: Convenient to sites, about 8-10minute walk to nearest ferry station. Cons: from the station, the only way to get to the hotel is to walk with minimum two bridges (up/down stairs) to cross. The check in location is separate from the room so you need to go there first if you check in before 15:30. Otherwise, they give you the code to the front door and go straight to the room. WiFi was very bad, very weak and often cutting out. The shower was very small, about 80x80cm so even a small person couldn’t bend down. Shampoo in packets. No cleaning service, no breakfast. Make sure you ask for amenities (extra toilet paper) in advance.

This is very basic accommodation. There is no kitchenette or facilities to make coffee/tea. There was a noise outside (I think possibly an aircon unit from the neighbours) which went off every 10 seconds (& all through the night) which was annoying and made it hard to sleep. The place is however in a good location for cafes, shops and sightseeing. And has aircon which is nice in the hot weather.

Trés bien localisé. La réception est située dans un hôtel à 200 m et il y a un escalier étroit à grimper mais la chambre est relativement spacieuse et très confortable, au cœur de Venise, pour un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Petits-déjeuners sympa dans les pâtisseries ou cafeteria en bas de l'immeuble.

The location of this property is what i liked the most. It is NOT in a very touristic area meaning it has more of a local feel. There is no elevator which was no problem for us but an older couple may not enjoy the steep cramped stairways. We stayed on the top floor with windows that opened into the "courtyard". When we arrived our sink was broken. It was fixed at a reasonable time. There is AC but no remote so we could not use it. My biggeat advice is to pay attention to where you check in. You check in at another location that is a couple min walk. The hotel is close to central bus/train stations.

O quarto era bem localizado, limpo e confortável, o banheiro tinha um bom tamanho. Chegamos bem cedo na cidade e nosso quarto ainda não estava liberado, como o quarto fica num local diferente de onde é feito o check in, falaram que podíamos deixar as malas na porta do quarto, que quando chegássemos no fim do dia, o quarto estaria limpo e nossas malas la. Quando voltamos, havia outra pessoa no quarto, tivemos dificuldade em localizar alguém do hotel, qnd conseguimos ligar, nos avisaram que tinham nos trocado de quarto. Outro ponto ruim é o wi-fi, que não funciona no andar que estavamos.

Es gibt 2 Hotels gleichen Namens zum gleichen Preis , mit ähnlichen Zimmerpflanzen in Venedig . Wir hatten das in Flughafennähe gebucht und das im Zentrum bekommen . Scheinbar passiert dies öfter und ist Absicht . Stornieren zwecklos . Wir mussten dann 2 Hotels bezahlen .
