This place was very homey, very cozy, very friendly, and very quiet. Slept like a brick when I was able. It is an older building in need of some thorough cleaning and maintenance. Note: Elderly/mobility might have an issue here as there’s no lift and it is a 5-min walk from the nearest bus stops. It is a lovely place to stay just do not expect luxury. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We received great recommendations and assistance with wherever we were wanting to do. Venice and Lido are not nighttime cities so everything does close up pretty early. There are small convenience shops but the hotel offers a few snacks through a vending machine.

This place is amazing! Peaceful, quiet, friendly beautiful area. I highly recommend. Nice breakfast, wonderful staff, clean amenities and very close to the main boat launch getting you into town and all around.

Hot water was not functioning, so had to bathe in cold water. Very tiny bathroom with an even smaller shower, everything was aged and outdated. No telephone in the room, and the owner has one person doing the check in and cleaning all by her self, shame on the owner for putting all that burden on the worker.

Mediocre

We stayed here as part of our month long honeymoon throughout Italy. Overall, the place was safe and quiet and close walking distance to great food and stores. Something we don’t recommend is the breakfast service. It cost us €14 for two people total each day. We were told there would be bacon and eggs and full breakfast. The first morning there were only stale almost empty cereal, prepackaged rolls/bread, juice, and pancetta, plastic wrapped cheese slices and bread for toasting. The cafe machine made the espresso taste watery. No eggs or other filling options. Very disappointing. Not sure where the €14 was paying for. We could have gone down the street to the cafe and got a breakfast sandwich for €2.50 instead. We paid in advance for three days of breakfast and regretted it due to the price and the food options being very disappointing. The A/C was not helpful and did not cool the room at all. There were also lots of mosquitos in our room and we got over 20 bites each night. We would not rebook again but for the price of the room and the nice area it is located, it may be worth it for you. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days here. I hope this helps future guests. Save your money on the food and get lots of bug spray since the hotel does not provide any or any preventative ways to keep the room bug free. We did ask for help with our A/C and the mosquitos but got no help. Every other place we stayed at in Italy was amazing.

Tapezzeria assolutamente da togliere troppo sporca, pareti da riverniciare e da ripristinare, dormire in una stanza con pavimento e pareti pulite è il minimo richiesto. Anche in bagno chiari segni di deterioramento della rubinetteria fanno capire che è ora di ristrutturare. Di positivo solo la gentilezza del personale e la posizione comunque comoda per gli spostamenti.

Nós amamos o hotel. O fato dele ser antigo é exatamente o charme dele, parece cazinha de vó, super aconchegante e acolhedora. Bem localizado na ilha de Lido próximo ao ponto de parada do vaporetto (iamos e voltavamos apé) e uns 10 minutinhos de Veneza. Como estavamos de carro, foi ótimo porque viemos de ferryboat e conseguimos estacionar do lado hotel (ruas com bastante vaga e seguras). O café da manhã foi perfeito e super valeu os 10 euros. O atendimento foi impecável, todos muito gentis e solícitos, explicaram na entrada como utilizavamos o vaporetto e os onibus. Nós recomendamos super.

Excelente hotel por el lugar y el personal

Lugar agradable, buen servicio, la persona que nos atendió en recepción fue muy servicial y atento. La habitación tenía todo lo que necesitaba, la ducha tenía buena presión y la cama fue muy cómoda, lo recomiendo.

Uma casa no jardim de Veneza

Um hotelzinho agradável, muito simpático e que parece saído de um romance dos anos 30. Ambiente de casa, tudo direito. Bom café da manhã, sem cerimônia, tudo simples, mas cordial. O Lido de Veneza é lindo. Uma delícia de lugar. Paz total. E Veneza está a uma viagem de ônibus marinho de distância.

Hotellin työntekijät todella mukavia siitä iso plussa. Kylpyhuone oli todella siisti mikä oli yllätys. Huone oli aika perus ja siisti, ainoastaan vaan kaikki on aika kulunutta eli remonttia hotelli kaipaa. Muuten oli kaikki hyivn.
