“Kenneth was AMAZING!! Our first night was ROUGH. We were put in a room with an adjoining door and we could hear EVERYTHING-them opening cans, conversations, and even wrappers being opened. Then around 3 A.M. someone was BANGING doors (opening and closing Multiple times). We were prepared to move hotels as we had another two nights ahead of us, but Kenneth didn’t hesitate to move us to another room AND UPGRADE to a Wonderful suite. We had 2 more QUIET nights stay in a well equipped room. THEN...

“The pillow cases and bedsheets had hair on them. Duvet had a hole from a cigarette burn on it. The staff did offer a different room but the new room still had the same issue with cleanliness.”

“This is an amazing affordable cute little motel right in the heart of a great section in Venice, and right on the border of Englewood.. great restaurants and shops around too . Whenever I'm in the area doing out of town installations, this is my go-to motel!”

“I went in booked with a balcony room by the pool and put in expedia i have a pet. When i get to the hotel i am told they were not aware of my pet and that the rooms by the pool with patio or balcony are not the pet friendly rooms. I was then given a room in another building with no patio or balcony no quick access to the pool or pool bar. The flooring in the pet friendly room had tile plank flooring coming up at the seams. The front desk did say since i was given a diffrent room i was saving...

“I made this reservation three months in advance, and we were assigned a room directly below one that was being renovated and demolished. The loud construction noise early in the morning kept us from sleeping. I would have appreciated being notified in advance so I could have made other arrangements or been moved to a different room. Unfortunately, we were not able to get a good night’s rest.”
