Very nice hotel, well located near restaurants and stores. The rooms are very modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. Both pools are very nice and the terrace has beautiful views.

My stay was overall very pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The front desk staff was great—especially the young woman who kindly upgraded my room when I asked. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the parking garage. The spaces were very tight, not handicap accessible, and located three floors below the lobby, which made it a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, a great stay and excellent service

Very luxurious feeling hotel. Staff was great. Restaurant was fancy, had good selection and wasn’t too pricey. It had two pools which was perfect for us because the outside one was a little chilly but the inside one was perfect. Room was great and bed was super comfy.

We stayed in 3 hotels in Veracruz, and this was our favorite. Awesome indoor and outdoor pool. Rooms were comfortable and front dest was always helpful. Close to the malls and awesome restaurants. Only issue was that the sink in our room would sometimes give a strong nasty smell that would come and go. Definitely staying in this hotel again in the future.

My girlfriend and I loved the views and spent some time on the patio. The staff were amazing and friendly. The parking lot was very tight and difficult to navigate, but the hotel stay includes valet parking. There was some road work being performed that made access to the hotel a little complicated, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault.

The staff for this property were polite and helpful. The rooms were clean - the only issue was limited drawers and hangers for clothes. Only 2 small drawers for the entire room. Had to live more out of suitcase than usual.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The room is big. The bed is confortable. The area can be noisy in the morning, due to the traffic jump. The hotel is good but some maintenance must be done: faucet was not well fixed and the sink was clogged. The breakfast is ok, although the time is not respected (the person responsible for preparing the hot dishes was never present at the 6:30). Many guest were there for business trip, so they take breakfast early in the morning.
