“I stayed in room 316 and the room had mildew and smelled very bad. I told the staff about the status of the room and all they offered was a deep clean. There was dust on the night stand and spider web on the labs. There was too much moisture in the room. The food and drinks were okay.”

“The motorcycles at night were INCREDIBLY loud! We couldn't talk on the balcony, couldn't hear the TV, and didn't get to sleep for 3 hours. We will probably be looking for a different place to stay when in Panama City from now on (or until we're notified that the issue has been resolved).”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They offer really nice service and helpful! It all started from the airport transfer , they sent an amazing driver for us . I had a fantastic experience with Miguel ! He arrived exactly on time, navigated the traffic smoothly, and made me feel completely safe the entire ride. The car was immaculately clean, and he was very polite. So he became our tour guide.. This guy is incredible, he took us everywhere also he very knowledgeable and knows all the best...
