“Señora de la recepción muy diligente , el resto del personal no está entrenado debidamente, la limpieza es deficiente ”

“시설이 너무 안좋아요 3일동안 2일을 엘리베이터를 이용하지 못했습니다 청소는 3일동안 한번해주었습니다 수영장은 너무 빨리끝난다 금고는 처음부터 문이 잠겨있어 사용을 못했다 전반적으로 직원은 친절하지만 모든 시설은 열악하다 아마도 3박 4일중 우리에게 2박은 다시 투숙하게 해주어야할것이다”

“This is a very nice resort to stay on. It’s clean the rooms are specious and clean the grounds are kept very nice. Pools are very nice. This hotel is a lil far out from the downtown area where everything is happening, some people are cool with that some may not like the 20 min ride back to the hotel. The staff was just ok, some were not as friendly as you would like but front desk guy kinda tall guy was very cool so was the valet guys in the afternoon. “Habitación no tan buena, con mueblería algo antigua, no tan cómoda para el valor que cobran, he pasado noches en hoteles más baratos que tienen mejor habitación. Comida promedio con poca variedad, bar bien surtido y personal amable. Para lo que cuesta una noche deberían hacer renovación de instalaciones y mejorar la comida”

“We booked the Supreme Room and it was amazing! It had a great view and was very spacious. Upon arrival, the staff was so nice and helpful. They provided us with suggestions on where to go to eat, party and sightsee. They were always available if we had questions too. The location was close to everything we wanted to do, out longest ride was about 18 minutes. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Panama City, we truly enjoy every bit of it.”
