Best Western Pacific Inn

8/10 Good

"Lovely hotel, good staff & clean room. However, if you are a light sleeper then the street noise might keep you awake. It’s located on a very busy highway intersection, and there was vehicles all night long."

2/10 Terrible

"1st room was ok, kitchen equipment pots and pans were lacking. But passable. We switched for a smaller less expensive kitchenette and it was absolutely horrible. The kitchen pots were disgusting would never cook on them. And the smell of the room was nasty couldn't stay in that room. They did let us change rooms and the 3rd was slightly better not as run down. But AC was very loud. No hot water yo shower at 6pm or at 9am the next day. And not sound proof at all. Was like other guests were in the room with us. Not a good experience at this hotel. Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate us. But will unfortunately never return."

"Enjoyed our stay here! It was super relaxing. The only thing though was we found a mouse in our room the last day and maybe because we had take out in our room. This was bothersome but thankfully on our way to checking out. The complimentary breakfast was so good! Some of the staff were not friendly and seemed rushed with poor customer service skills but that’s more of a comfort thing for us. The beds were really uncomfortable and beautiful views from our room! We loved the tub near the window — it was so relaxing. They also provided us with complimentary bath salt which was a nice surprise. The amenities were great! The spa areas were so good — best spa I have been to. Not a lot of restaurants nearby so the food in the restaurant in the building was expensive and one down the hill from us at the other hotel. Only two walkable restaurants — otherwise have to drive into town (more of a preference thing). Lovely walk around with nice views and nature. Would recommend staying here! "
