Lovely hotel within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, not to mention a gorgeous ocean view. Staff was wonderful. We will definitely be back in the near future.

The only negative was the lack of firmness in our bed in Room 429 A. It was difficult to sleep in and get out of. Otherwise, everything was great.

Tired property in need of update. Nothing stocked in the mini bar, no bathroom amenities. The smallest bedrooms I’ve ever seen, there was about 10” of walk space between the bed and the wall. One bathroom with one sink in a two bedroom suite. Restaurant service incredibly slow in two different meals. Far overpriced for what you get.

Checking in was great and the women were super friendly and helpful. The house cleaning service texted me about the best times to clean the room which was so convenient. The only negative was I left two drawers of clothes in the room for which I called about shortly after checking out, but they were not recovered.

Kimpton Vero Beach is a nice spot on the beach; however, the property needs a lot of TLC. The refrigerator in our suite froze our drinks and leftovers and leaked water. When I notified the front desk, all that was done was to adjust the refrigerator setting. Everything was still frozen. After our suite was cleaned, the odor of bleach permeated the space. which forced us to leave to allow the odor to dissipate. Bleach is a cheap alternative to using toilet cleansers. It’s also not the safest for the housekeepers, who are constantly exposed to it. The food at Cobalt was delectable; all of the hotel and restaurant staff were gracious and accommodating.

The property and room were nice. The room however was cramped because in my opinion there was too much furniture and it was to large for the room making it difficult to walk around especially moving suitcases and such. The biggest issue was the food and beverage which was horrible. The food itself was good but the execution was terrible. I ordered room service 5 times and four times they got the order wrong. In addition, they have an all day in room dining menu it when I called to order the woman who answered the phone said the kitchen was closed and was adamant about it when I asked about all day dining...oh, she did it to me two days in a row. One morning I walked into the dining room 5 minutes before it closed and the same woman told me, the kitchen just closed...but it says you're open until 10:30. She say, sorry the kitchen is closed... No good

We stayed for 5 weekdays in October for a really excellent price through Expedia. The room was spacious and had a good amount of storage. Due to the expedia VIP package we were greeted with a bottle of wine and a little fruit basket. Very nice! They were also serving a glass of Proseco on check in. And they have free wine in the lobby from 4 to 5. So the drinking aspect was well covered. The ocean front is just gorgeous and chairs, towels and beach umbrella's are included at no charge. The pool area is nice. Kind of like a fountain with water jets all over. Not easy to navigate if you are serious about swimming. The two restaurants onsite look nice. Fairly expensive. Did not try them as we know lots of local places. Overall we would love to stay here again and probably go for the more expensive rooms with a beautiful ocean view.

Our stay with the Kimpton was top notch. The service was exceptional in every way- from Valet to front desk to housekeeping and beach attendants. One of the beach attendants (Jack) offered to take a family photo of us on the beach which made our day because we never seem to be able to get photos of all of us together as a family. The Valet attendant brought all our luggage downstairs and packed it so nicely in our car for us. Everybody was courteous and helpful, and made our stay so comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and rooms were clean and spacious. We enjoyed all the amenities and the beach was beautiful. Highly impressed and will definitely stay again if we make our way back to Vero. You guys make other hotels look bad. ;)

Can't say enough wonderful things about our stay here. We were greeted with an old fashioned + champagne at check-in. It was one of the most pet friendly hotels I've ever seen. The staff and service were 10/10 across the board. We booked a grand suite, and even got upgraded. Beach and pool setup were superb. Can walk to tons of things.

We are going since 13 years now and always enjoy it - from relaxed beachside eating to the super friendly stuff. We will come back again.
