“Property is located in a great area. Less than 5 minutes walking to an abundance of restaurants, gelateria shops, and great shopping. Authentic area! Communication was great and access to property was easy and convenient. ”

“The apartment was very clean and close to the train station. The washer and dryer was a HUGE plus to have in the apartment. The air conditioning was amazing, and the owner was super helpful with questions and communicating. The owner also left a wonderful notebook of tips for visiting Rome. “Great apartment in a good part of Rome without too many tourists. Very comfortable. It has a nice patio, and the beds were comfortable. Good communication with the contact person. Easy to walk to from the Tiburtina Station. Coffee shops, grocery stores, and gelato nearby. Air conditioning. ”

“Spacious 3 bedroom appartment with high ceilings and 3 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 rooms had small balconies with city views. Being on the last, 6th floor - had very little of city noise, even with windows wide open. A big plus is location, next to a grocery shop, food shops and metro station. ”
