The rooms are in an old heritage home that is two houses away from the pub/restaurant so quiet. Room was good size with lovely soaker tub/shower. No fridge though. Will stay there again. Restaurant excellent.

I did not have breakfast as I really only slept there as I was visiting my daughter and family in Esquimalt, so the location was very convenient. Could use better lighting by the gate and steps at the parking area off Mary St.

This is an excellent, affordable place to stay in the Victoria area. The pub is literally right next door and as a perq, you get a 4-flight of beer and chocolate pairing! We have stayed here before, however this time the mattress was beyond its life expectancy- pretty sure of that. Not a comfortable sleep at all. But that aside, this is a great location. And the craft beer is outstanding. The people are fantastic and helpful, but maybe it’s because the property is for sale that they aren’t keeping up the facilities?

We ended up being upgraded from a room to a suite! Our suite was lovely, a large seating area and a little patio. Most of the suite has been recently renovated, but they hadn't gotten to the bathroom yet. We had a wonderful stay!

Great area views etc The room very spacious and quiet, very clean And most appreciated - every staff member I dealt with in pub and the guest side was very friendly and super helpful.
